Carstairs is a captive of the spirit of Dr Claw, who now infests the knife of Khanak. The evil entiry now plans a diabolical doom for our hapless hero, ny mummifying him alive!

Chapter 27- The Beasts of Death!

Ned Carstairs has been kidnapped and now a captive in a lost Ancient Egyptian city in a secret oasis in the Sahara.

Now he has been doomed by having his bondage curse rendered unbreakable, and secured by being lowered into a pit of crocodiles!

Chapter 28- Doom of the Golden Sarcophagi!

Ned has been kidnapped and taken by rogue Archaeologist Mortimer Kane. After a series of misdaventures, Ned,along with Barrkngton, Charlie and Major Grant are in a lost city ruled over by an ancient Egyptian high priest in a hidden oasis in the Sahara Desert. Now all four face fiendish perils!
