thank you everyone for the follows and engagement with my wiplist. i am hard at work bouncing between writing my ideas (its the adhd). i added another jack wip that i forgot to add earlier (before sunrise au!).
i am working on fixing my laptop where i do most of my writing, but my desktop is sufficing for now. but i just really appreciate the early engagement knowing their is an audience for my work.

I have quite a few ideas cooking up for Shawnās characters (currently several each for jack, titus, grant, and charlie) but i need to share my initial thoughts on a titus fic I just started after an epiphany popped into my head because I feel as feral about it as Titus will. This will become a full piece but I wanted to share the idea blurb now. Meaning this idea is not free for someone else to use.
Assassin!reader who is hired by one of the other families to take out Titus in an effort to try and steal the high seat from the Danforths.
You go undercover at a gala Titus is attending, playing the part of a sweet, docile woman intrigued by the big bad titus, trying to get close enough to him to make the kill in private. He entertains your efforts, of course, but sees through the act. Itās not that itās bad, heās just smarter than that (something other families donāt seem to realize due to his reputation as a brute). Still, he lets you try, basking in the attention of a pretty girl, and thoroughly excited to see what you will do when you realize it wonāt work. He tells you heāll look forward to your company at the next event, but doesnāt give you anything else to work with.
Flummoxed and frustrated, the best of the best at what you do, you know you should just wait. You can strike at the next event, wear him down, that should work, but youāre impatient for the kill. Itās a hunger for the hunt, he sees it in you and like calls to like.
So when you break into his closest penthouse that evening, trying to pull one over on him with a more direct approach, heās already watching and waiting. Sat cloaked in the darkness, nursing a glass of macallan, he lights a cigar when you get close. You lunge for the kill anyway, but he catches your wrist with his free hand. Grasps it tightly until he forces your hand open to drop your blade.
Gnashing your teeth and scowling, he finally remarks: āthere you are! I like this so much better than that little act of yours.ā And he is pulling you into his lap, binding your hands behind your back, and deciding in that moment you are meant to be his. His future wife. And oh how he canāt wait to spring you on his least favorite relatives at the wedding hunt.

after watching rivals (2024) with @in-ky, i prompted them with an idea about a kinky le domas!reader who is woefully horny after a wedding night where nothing particularly sexy got to happen. and that waking up gagged in front of a man like titus has you feeling particularly pent-up and wanting.
