UPDATE: I must say I ate pretty good while being away on my anniversary weekend getaway! Only splurged a lol with food but my alcohol intake was overboard lololol(no regrets tho😛😋). *by splurge I mean-> few crackers,few bites of pancake,chocolate covered strawberries and my alcohol was not in moderation! I DID NOT EAT PIZZA OR BURGERS W/ BUNS etc. So for me that's a super win win👌 back to the gym today and mini-fasting thurs & friday!💪

Well at least that's what I thought when i went to my hair appointment and found out that my hair was actually healthier and longer than I thought😌🙌. I neglected my hair ALL of 2017 while I was pregnant and I also suffered post pregnancy shedding again so that didn't help any but the after results proved me wrong and I plan to continue my natural hair journey keeping it that way!
