Some childhood cycles probably can’t be broken. You will be a result of whatever you saw/experienced in your home as a child. That’s just what it is …

The difference in intention. The difference in pride. The difference in ego. The difference in humility. The difference in sympathy/empathy. What are you bringing to the table? Do you have to be reminded constantly? Do you just do it? Do you show you care? Do you show you love me? Do you create positive energy after? Do you show we are a team? Is everything at the end of the day for you and you only?

Sometimes I ask myself. What do I get out of caring so much? What do I get out of going above and beyond? I’m I searching for acknowledgment? Am I in a situation where I can lead? When do I get to feel like I’m working? Like I’m enough?

I’ve given my absolute all. I have nothing left to give but somehow I keep finding the fuel to keep going. I’m NOT a quitter! I’m built for all forms of adversity. I’m here and ready. No going no where!!
