You learned all the skill in your educational years, now you have to work on your character in your working field. Have patience on that, skills can still be enhanced along the way.

Do not let others to manipulate you, I mean, you can let them take control if they know what they’re doing. If not, you can always speak up and ask others for insights.

Learn to read the atmosphere, be mindful of your actions and words. There are a lot of assholes and sensitive people. Help the ones who are willing to change.

Be vocal, and dont be shy to ask the things they think you need to work on.

Admit mistakes and stop making reasons.

Trying is not so bad after all but try with educated knowledge.

Look after your friends, even the new ones. Show that you care, express them. Because its hard to assume and read what’s inside other people’s head.

Express your gratitude, they will feel appreciated and acknowledged after that.

Learn to apologize and how to be sincere about it. Building trust is hard, but breaking it is easy
