I'm almost done the animation I started earlier this week!

Also decided to try and improve the style I draw Romeo's hair in because he wasn't fabulous enough before. I'm gonna maybe do a study on the specific style because I'm slowly gonna start drawing him like that.

This one won't take that long to finish. The other animation is being temporarily abandoned because it has frustrated me. I've locked in on this one, because I used scratch (yes, the kids coding website) to time the storyboard then imported it into alight motion.

It was one of those rainbow pencils. Those are actually peak.

TYSM!!!! Hearing people say they like my art has always made my day. Sometimes I pause while drawing (before colouring his hair) because he looks like a weird long head and neck monster.

Took a little while to finish this because I took a few breaks. I was also trying to take all of the details I've noticed before into consideration when drawing it. Somethings I've noticed in the original before are:

Xara: More narrow eyes (2 pixels wide), lower eyebrows, her nose is 2 pixels wide and 3 pixels tall. Her smile is a bit wider.

Fred: Wider sclera, thick brows, nose is 3 pixels wide and 2 pixels tall, and has a more narrow smile.

Romeo: staring straight ahead, one pixel distance between eyes and eyebrows, nose is one pixel wide and 3 pixels tall, he smirks, and also his hair is a big longer and in front slightly.

This silly little story game has been all I've thought about for probably a year now. I played episodes 1-6 in 2015-2016, and it's come back to haunt me. The only thing I actually remember is Cassie framing Lukas, but I knew then that it wasn't him because of the way he breathed in that scene. Idk why I thought that but I was right ig. Also didn't watch YouTube back then so I didn't know who the YouTubers were.

The "32 views" are all probably just the Beacontown residents

Tried a new sketch/lineart brush and didn't even use lineart in the finished piece.

(I had somehow duplicated this post so I deleted one of them. Sorry bout that!)

I've actually been using parts of their actual colour pallets in my art, except some have had to be adjusted (or else Xara would look green). I'm using a colour that is the exact value as her canon skin tone, and Romeo's skin (hex code is FBC79D) looks normal when I use it.

Without the thought bubble/gradient shadow and the reference. And yes, that's a gacha closet background.

Don't question how Fred's back. They found a command block or something and did some magic. Gacha logic or whatever ;D

Sorry for not posting for a while. I've been working on an animation, and I've felt so burnt out and unmotivated. I'm gonna take a break from the animation and do more art for tumblr. Like always, it won't be consistently rendered (since drawing in a rendering style that I feel like doing makes me happy).

Won't be drawing more of this so don't expect more of the yellow ball fanart. Mcsm is my life.

I had meant to finish this right after drawing Fred before, but I started on the animation right after. Finally finished Binta! She's honestly pretty cute (in terms of design).

I keep seeing her voice actress in other shows like Doc McStuffins, Winx Club, Steven Universe, South Park, and other shows (I don't watch them but my hobby is looking through the cast of random shows to see how many mcsm voice actors are also in them).

Normal and low quality versions of distressed Romeo. Tried the "static movement" or whatever it is called (three nearly identical frames) to make it look like he's shaking.

Fun fact! I'd you leave him in the Terminal Zone, the credits will say "You and (insert roughly half)% of players: Gave into Romeo's wishes and left him in the void".

Tried to do a dramatic (anime render inspired) style for this one, but got a little off track. Also tried to do a more unique version of my favourite angle to draw heads at (3/4 view💛).

He took a pretty far fall when he hit the wall after Jesse punched the last of his powers out of him, and the whole scene looked and sounded like it hurt.

Almost done my animated gif at the time of posting this, just have to render his skin (yes, I'm rendering the animation because I love making myself suffer through more work that I don't want to finish). Taking a break now but I'll work on that later.

Also updated how I draw his ears, but that's not important. The animated gif will not have the updated ear design because nobody focuses on his ears that much.
