On Friday, March 28th, St. Stephen's Youth Programs held its annual After School Program College and Career day.

On Thursday, May 8, Massachusetts Promise Fellow Brittney Hunt and her team of teens from the MassCOSH Teens Lead @ Work program came to St. Stephen’s Youth Programs to train our teens.

On May 1, 2014, I visited the Teen Weekly Training Series to offer an Interview Skills Workshop to our Counselor-in-Training team.

On Friday, April 3rd, the annual After School Program College and Career day came to SSYP at St. Augustine and St. Martin's - and it was a great success! 

On Sunday, May 4th, a team of 8 Junior Counselors-in-Training from SSSP served as official Checkpoint 8 volunteers at the 2014 Walk for Hunger.

On Wednesday, November 24, fourteen teens from St. Stephen's Youth Programs attended the Northeastern University College Readiness Event, where they learned more about college application strategies.

On Wednesday, February 26th, the SSYP College and Career Program hosted a Medical Careers Panel for our teens to learn about the myriad professions in health care.

On Wednesday, March 26th at St. Stephen's Youth Programs, sixteen teens gathered to hear from experts in the business and leadership field to ask questions about planning a successful future career.

Wyndel Arthur is one of our SSYP alumni who have gone on from St. Stephen's to do great things. He was a Counselor-in-Training at both B-SAFE and B-READY programs at SSYP.

On the morning of Friday, April 18th, a group of teens, leads, and staff gathered for bagels and coffee and headed out for a trip to Northeastern University - a world-class educational institution in SSYP's backyard.

Over April Vacation, a few teens from the College and Career Program and I set out for a visit to SalemState College to learn more about the admissions process, different degree programs, and campus life.

On Thursday, May 23, Massachusetts Promise Fellow Erica Pike came to St. Stephen's Youth Programs to train our teens about how tobacco companies target young people.
