I was waiting for my friend in a parking lot and this guy walks up to the tree I'm sitting under and settles it down. He told me that he'd found it stuck behind a dumpster thought it had heat exhaustion cos it was like eighty degrees that day. I'd never seen a moth so big in person so I had to snag a few photos.

Anyways, I've been wondering what type of moth it was ever since cos it's just so perty. And then I remembered this blog and figured it would be worth asking.

hi everyone :-) so our break ended up being longer than anticipated, and i apologise for that, but we are back! I'm still finishing exams, so I don't have the time to do moth of the day, buuuut we shall compromise, and for (indefinite amount of time) i will be doing moth of the week!
