Morrison, are you trying to tell me that you were all snug in your bed before the ball dropped? Here I thought you would have been partying it up all night long and ringing in the new year like the youngins do. Were the fireworks good at least and made waking you up all worth it? As for exciting things. Been filming a movie with Dwayne and have a movie coming out this year. How about you?

Hell yeah, and I’m not ashamed to admit it! Why would you think that? Even when I was young I wasn’t much of a partier. They were beautiful like always. Oooo tell me more. Please, I’m itching for the bite of the acting bug again. Directing my ass off! I am so excited for Rise of The Pink Ladies to come out, and Dr. Death invited me back to direct some of the second season. I have been doing a lot of reading/interviewing for Apartment 3c too.

I get the fireworks, but I don’t think they should be a major thing. A few minutes of it yet, but not so much that it lasts forever and makes you not sleep. I’ll be working on Outer Banks 3 soon and I’m loving the good press for the new Knives out!

What gets me is the people that start 2 days before the actual holiday. Why are you celebrating December 29th? That’s exciting! Are you ready to get back to it or wishing for a longer break? I have always been in limbo when it comes to that. Right now though, I am ready to get back in front of the camera again.

happy new year, gorgeous ! oh, i was also in bed and asleep long before the hour hit twelve and damn, does it feel good to be able to say that without feeling judged. the fireworks didn’t wake me up this year but it did wake my daughter, so if she’s up, i’m up – though watching the fireworks with my baby made the lack of a good nights sleep worth it. anyway, nothing a quick coffee run couldn’t fix ! i have a hbo show that’s coming out sometime this year that i’m beyond thrilled with, so i cannot wait to be able to gush about it with everyone when it airs. what about you ? gimme all the details !

Other than that all I have been doing lately is soaking up family time.

I find it so hard to stay up late most nights, but new years is the one day I want to. I heard fireworks, but I also heard cowbells too, which took me by surprise! I don’t really have anything coming up just working on my wine and being a mom!

Me too, my brain is always going a million miles an hour during the day. Thankfully by bedtime I am more than ready to sleep. Cowbells? I can see why!
