I love the look of your cloaks, but it being attached to a vest completely eliminates my main reason for using cloaks as daily wear (I get hot in outerwear extremely easily, and cloaks are good because they're fantastic for temperature regulation), so I was considering getting one and detaching the cloak from the vest, but if the construction makes that impossible for my current skillset there really wouldn't be a point in me getting one.

Just trying to prepare myself for them in hopes they'll fit my bedroom windows 😆

in general, I wanted to make some changes to the shorts/pants i design going forward to improve longevity. For the printed culottes, im testing out having them lined from the waistband to mid-thigh with tencel - like the linen shorts! And for the trousers, im currently testing new fabrics like cotton twill (same weight as the current trouser fabric) to give the style a little bit of a general upgrade. The new trousers will also be lined with tencel for comfort and to reduce friction-related wear. If/when i rerelease the printed shorts i used to carry, theyll most likely receive the same treatment.
