for host!vic proposing, with their first marriage being a vegas stint for clout and the second one being... a mess, host!vic making the decision to propose to bianca on their own terms because they found someone who will love them through it all. host!vic choosing to not self-sabotage (anymore than they already have)

but also bianca proposing... being the one person who is tied to host!vic forever by fate and forces she can't control but making the choice to stay anyways. she was always tied to host!vic but now she can do so happily
