having feelings abt There Are Many Benefits again and rereading for the umpteenth time <3 if it’s not spoilery, how does sun find out about and react to realizing how much meryn likes the squash eels and how upset they were over him, uh. well, you remember that bit. (and so does meryn, rip)
aw rest in peace sweet eel, fly high😞🕊️ a little while after Meryn grabbed Sun by the gills and fled, it did occur to him that maybe they weren't actually trying to hunt the eel. but he can't be sure, and as of now he doesn't rly get that they're fond of the eels😅
