The one wish willow and snape. I saw a tiktok that said if Snape has the one wish willow he would make the same wish as Bear on Lily.
I think people are forgetting what universe Harry Potters in. Snape would not be so stupid to take away the chose to love him. Then you could make the argument that Snape could have used a love potion. I don't think the love that come from magic is what he wanted. Like no, I don't think he would have been weird with a female Harry. And no, he wouldn't have made that wish. His was into dark magic so I'm sure there lot of things he could have done but chose not to because he wanted something real.
Just a train of thought and a augment with a friend.
You sit in your office, the bookshelf once full of books but now full of plushes and figures, you're on your laptop looking at the eBay auctions on an original Robin figure, Robin 2000 with interchangeable hands. It's not perfect, his eye colour is wrong and his costume is not right. Still, they never are. You watch the price go up, you need this one, you think, this is the first bit of merch of Dick, you put in the price you go up the highest bid by forty dollars and just wait, when there's a knock on the door, you have no clue who it is. You too focus on the computer. "In a minute." you yell, but the door opens anyway.
Dick stood there looking at the shelf, "Wow, there's more." He went over to it, picking up a crude knock-off Robin he couldn't tell of who, "This me?" he holds it out for you to look.
You look over your shoulder for just a second as the time tick down and bids come in, "Umm," you look at it, you remember buying that, "No, that's just a robin," you say then go back to your laptop.
Dick put it back and looked over all of it, wonky Batman, novelty plates and a bunch of Robin Acton figures. "You don't think this is a bit much?" he said, looking at you as he picked up a surprisingly detailed Batmobile, a nice heavy thing.
You say you're turning your head, "Too much? Oh, Dick, go away." You kiss your teeth turn back to your laptop, "Too much." You mumble to yourself, shaking your head. You see him in the corner of your eye, lift his hand in defense, backing up to the door amd right that second you win the bid at two hundred.
It was a weekend, you're out shopping with Damian, "Look Dami, this would look so good on your you would look like a little gentleman." you smile, holding it up under his chin.
"Yes ma'am, he does," smiles the sales assistant, holding the rest of your too buy clothes.
"So Smart." You smile, handing it off to her. You walk past the window, pausing when you see a vender out side a cross the street selling superhero merchandise, but in the back, hanging up a fat redhood plush keychain, They just don't make Red Hood stuff, this could be a once in a life time thing. You quickly check your pocket but only cards. "Shit," you mumble under your breath, "Do you have any cash on you, Dami?" you asked sounding desperate.
He looks almost offended, "Cash? No. Why don't you just use your card?" he says, grimacing.
"Card? Haven't you heard they clone your card or something, I don't know, asked Tim or something I read an article." You rush out, you then turn to the sales assistant, "You get paid on commission, right?" You asked slowly, you can see in her face she knows where this it going, she nods. "Good, throw all those shoes in too."
She nods, "Yes ma'am," she smiles, going into her pockets, pulling out her wallet. Damian looks like he wants to be anywhere but here. But that day you leave with more shoes then you know what to do with and a wonky, fat Red Hood on your purse.
You rush in the living room, Tim, Damian and Duke are in there playing Mario Kart, "This is a big day." You smile. As the boy looks at you, you then pull out of a paper bag. "It's you, duke. look. That's going on the shelf." you smile, nodding sure, showing it to him.
His eyes seem to sparkle, you can really see it in his face, it settles in that it real his really a hero. He reaches out for it and you let him take it. "Wow." That's all he says.
Tim looks over Duke's shoulder. "Wow, all right, yours looks way better than my first," he says.
Duke goes to open the box, you want to tell him not to, but you let him, "It's cool, right? They're never as good as the frontfacing hero, you know their working off blurry snapshots but yours is one of the best for the first."
He turned himself over, "Yeah, it's cool," he smiled, "Really cool." He handed it back to you.
Tim just goes back to the game, "It's cool now but just wait until she buying cross eyes wonky, long limbed thing and she says they look just like you."
Summary: Things were meant to be different here, yet in her fourth year at Hogwarts, she finds that no one knows her name. Perhaps one day she will carve out a place for herself, or perhaps she will remain invisible.
AUTHOR’S NOTE: Severus has a good thing, there could be no possible way for him to mess it up, could he?
Dark corridors and abandoned classrooms had become their sanctuary. A full week of just mushing their faces together. Snogging at all possible hours, not that you could tell by just looking at them. In public, they were just how they used to be but with slightly swollen lips. That day was nothing but the same. They were out by their tree, skipping third period.
They had pulled away and Severus sighed, "I spoke to Black and he told me the Whomping Willow..."
He was quickly interrupted by Y/N's annoyed huff. " Why would you listen to him?" She turned away from him. "If he's going to tell you something, it's either malice or a lie," she looked back at him.
He sighed, turning away too. "That's what I thought, he told me how to go through the willow and with that, I can confirm,"
She turnt to him, now grasping his face, "What you already know." She looked him deep in the eyes. He seemed so unsure, he opened his mouth to say something but nothing came out. She then smiled."Let's just keep kissing, I'm not missing history of magic for nothing." He chuckled leaning back in. It stared back good until his lips slowed, he wasn't focused. she opened her eye to see him with his already open, he was looking past her, she stop looking were he was. He was looking at that stupid tree.
With their lips still connected, she punched him in the arm. "What's wrong with you?" she shake her head. "Why don't you go snog the stupid tree." You walk off. He doesn't follow, he's still there by that tree, looking out to the willow.
she sit on her own, looking out the dorm window, the full moon in the lake. He's a silly boy, a very silly boy. She spent the last week ignoring him but that didn't seem to discourage him at all. she wonder what you mean to him, she gave him advice, and he didn't take it. She should of just told him she thought but it would mean nothing because he already knew. Y/n goes to bed and does not look the hero running out there yelling to save him from what, Sirius Black would die rather than go to Azkaban. She just gets up and goes to bed.
The next morning she go up for breakfast, she look along the table to see Severus sitting with Mulciber, he hadn't really sat with them since the two of them started hanging out. Y/N knows that Mulciber and Avery don't like her. She sighs, sitting on her own while Severus sits and does his social climbing. She looks for anything else to do, by now she had grown accustomed to a warm body next to her, and now she was back all alone because Severus wanted to be nosy and not listen to her.
She watched him not talk, just nod, his look at her for the first time in days, and like a child, she stuck out her tongue at him, but still he looked weary and more tired than she'd ever seen him before. He didn't turn back at her for the whole of breakfast. She looked over at The griffador table. Remus was not sitting with his friend, he was sitting at the Hufflepuff table next to a chubby boy with hair like straw. She know something would happen but whatever it was, it must have been Blacks fuilt, he told Severus. Remus promised her he would rail in his friend but she just know that he can't control them.
Y/N stand going over to Severus, stilling her nerves. she reach him, she tap his shoulder, Mulciber, who was sitting next to him looks au at her first, he scoots away quickly as if she were dirty.
"Fucking hell." Mulciber says, laughing and holding his nose as if she smelled. Avery, who had seen her coming, just closed the book between them and slid it under the table. He doesn't seem to be too impressed with Mulciber's antic.
Severus didn't turn to look at Y/N. "Yes?" He says simply.
Y/N tap her foot, she knows this game, she knows what he's doing the cold, indifferent act he put on. "You haven't spoken to me in days. not since... well, you know."
He was about to say something when Mulciber slid back closer to Severus, "Well, maybe you should take a hint. He doesn't want to associate with the likes of you, mudblood." he doesn't even say it with a sneer, he just says it as if it's the fact of life.
Y/N just stands there waiting for Severus to say anything, and when he does, he might as well not. "Later. I'll talk with you later." he says. She stands there as if to say thats it. Severus can still see her shadow and sighs, "Later." he nods again, a clear go away and she understood, leaving him.
That evening, Y/N sat in the library all day alone like she had for the last few days. Then the chair next to her moved,it was Severus. She didn't turn to him, just stayed looking at the book that she haven't been reading. "You let them talk to me like that, I would never do that to you. I have defended you before, to my own detriment." she tells him.
He shuffles, "I never asked you to." he says. He knew it was ball, he was just being a coward, he did know that it was out of order to just sit there and let Mulciber play how he did
Y/N slam her hand on the table, and he doesn't flinch. "You shouldn't have to." It came out louder than you meant it to. Madame Picard shh, her. "I don't know I thought, I thought I was your girlfriend."
Severus knew that she would think that the truth was he didn't know if she was his girlfriend. Yes, they spend almost all day everyday with eachother and yes, he did like kissing her, but something in him couldn't see her as his girlfriend. "I'm sorry," he was going to add that you thought that but went against it, he was sorry, he felt cravenus just sitting there letting him do that to her.
She felt his hand find hers under the table, it was clammy and hot. He holds it tightly. "I like you, I really, really like you, but you're moving in the wrong crowds, the wrong kinds of people, you want them to be your friends?" She say tried, her voice quivered.
He knows, but they see him, so many of them see him.
She didn't need to be told, she knew whatever happened with the willow scared him and had him running with his tail between his legs back to Mulciber and Avery. They were his shield still, if he wasn't with Y/N, he was with them. It was a nice, warm Saturday afternoon they sat on a bench on the edge of the Forbidon forest. "You know you haven't taken me on a date, you not very romantic." she smile at him.
He doesn't look up from his books, he was studying, "Umm..." he say still concentrating on his studying, "Yes i did on halloween i think." he mumbles. Turning to the next page.
She gasped, "That was so long ago and I asked you. And I don't count the times we were sneaking around." Y/N looked into the tree line, growing bored. "You should be showing me off," she pulls on the fingers of her gloves.
He turns to look at her, "You should take those off, it's almost summer." he closed his book, his mind not picking up on words anymore, "Maybe on the six-week holiday, then we can do whatever we like for as long as we like." he's not going anywhere she not going anywhere, they had time. He then turned to her, "We have all the time in the world." He leaned in his nose brushing hers, he looked her in the eyes before his flutter shut and his lightly chapped lip touched hers. It was slow to start, he shifted closer to her, his book falling off his lap. She brings her leg up as he pull of one of her gloves.
"None of that, you two get inside," they pull apart quickly, wiping their mouth, professor McGonagall had her arms crossed. "You, Mr Snape, should be studying and what I hear so should you miss L/N." The two stand up, embarrassed and speed walk, slash jog back to the castle.
A.N: Sorry for those who waited for this, (I didn't think anyone would care). I went back to college for a plumbing coures quickly realized it was not for me, then my mum got a jackrussle and yeah if you know them you know.Thx xxx
Hello! I’m just wondering if you’ve decided to not continue with your Severus story? I quite enjoy it but if your not continuing it that’s fine I’m just curious
Oh no, I'm still doing it. I'm just going through a bit of a block. I know story points but it's just the inbetweens. But yeah, I'm still doing it, about half of ten is just sitting in my drafts.

'What happened to Bat-Hound?' And 'Where's the real Batdog?' Some of the comments were posted on a video of Batman and Titus. You could understand the confusion, Ace the Bat-Hound was replaced by a mean looking Great Dane.
The fact was, Ace was getting old, hip problems and just old age tiredness plaguing him. You pressed post on the video of Ace and Titus playing on a beach, it was a retirement post, you tell them that he'll be back but for smaller cases but Titus is taking over for now. The comments were full of good-boys and hopes for him to play and relax for the rest of his life.
You smile, scrolling through the comments, Ace sleeping at the foot of your bed. Bruce walks out of the ensuite. "Oh my hip," he stretched, huffing. The night sky illuminated the silvery scarring on his body, years of fighting. Bruce braced himself as he sat on the bed. "Think I got hit funny." he smiled that boyish smirk, that stupid thing he does when he's worried and trying to reassure you.
You but your phone on the bedside table with a sigh. "Or maybe you're getting old and need to think about retirement." You hold your arms open for him. He moves into your embrace, his warmth envelops you.
He groans then rolls off of you, "No, not yet, I've still got some years in me. There's still so much to do." But you could see it was wearing on him. He lies on his back staring at the ceiling. You could tell it was really wearing on him.
You sit up. He looks so small lying there thinking. "There's no shame in it." But that caused him to side eye you. "What? It's true. You set up your legacy. And I'm not saying retire now, just in the near future, you can't keep fighting this never ending battle." You try not to sound so desperate but as the years get on, you feel more scared for him.
He can tell this and sit up as well. "I know," he scoots closer, then he looks at Ace as he yawns and shifts to get more comfortable. "He won't want it." He tells you, smirking.
You smirk back. "None of them will." You move to but your head on his shoulder. "Tim is ready."
His smirk drops. "I don't want to put anything on his shoulder. And I don't want to slight anyone." He shifted to the edge of the bed. he does that a lot, his sitting and thinking pose.
You crawl over to him, you place your chin on his shoulder. "You're not ready and that's fine, it just scares me that one day you won't come back. The kids scare me too but none of them have hip pain." You stress.
Bruce couldn't help but smile, no matter how old they are in your eyes, they're still just kids. he strokes the side of your face. "I know, I'm not ready. and that hip pain is just from hitting the side of a building." he fell you tence. "Come on," he guided you back you lying down. "Let's talk more tomorrow. This old man is sleepy. Haven't gotten the vigor of a young buck, so strictly sleeping. Well, maybe." He winks. You laugh. That laugh, that smile that's what he lived for.
The next morning you woke up after Bruce, which was normal but you expect that this morning he was up early just not to talk to you. The morning was normal. You head down for breakfast. The house felt so empty except for the sneaking you could hear. "I've lived with you long enough to know those footsteps," you say, starting the stove.
The foot stops with their sneaking. "I didn't want to disturb you." The voice says. You jolt with shock, it wasn't Bruce but Damian. "Can I have pancakes, please?" He makes his way into the kitchen.
You quickly situate yourself. "Of course," you start. Damian smelled like burnt rubber and gunpowder. He was still in his Robin costume. "Where's Cass?" you asked. He just shrugged, but doesn't seem worried so you don't worry. "And your Father?" That perks him.
"Didn't he tell you? His with the Justice League, A global threat in Brussels." He explained with a frown. "It must have been an emergency." He tries to justify.
But you know the truth, Bruce really isn't ready. You plate two plates of Pancakes and sit across from Damian. The last chick in your nest. "You tired?" you asked. Damian shakes his head, the liar. "Well, after breakfast, would you like to come with the dogs and me to the beach?"
He looks up at you, lowering his shoulders, he was about to ask for something. "Can we bring Goliath too?" He brought out his puppy dog eyes, something Jon had taught him.
You start to giggle. "Well, I wasn't thinking the island but you know what, what the hell, let's take the whole gang."
A.N: Im feeling like i should write more angst. this isnt really that but you know. if any of you have any ideas that would help so much. Thx 4 reading.
Will you do smut? Like Bruce. And what about like ReaderxJason.?
God no, And believe me I've tried. Maybe in the far future. As for X Jason, I don't think I can, I have way too Maternal/nurturing instinct for Jason to do that. But who knows really?
This was her gala, her charity, she had to just suck it up and socialise with Gotham's best snobs.
After Bruce brought home Dick, she would admit she wasn't ready. She thought she would have had a few months of pregnancy to get ready but that never panned out for her and now she was confronted by this tanned, cherub faced boy. Tear soddened plump cheeks unlocked this feeling in her, deep in her heart. He was so small and scared looking. "Mangav miri dej." He wimpers, wiping his face with the back of his sleeve. She didn't understand why Bruce had brought him here but now that she was looking at him, he looked much like Bruce back when he had lost his parents. It took some time but Dick was such a giggly child. She would playfully chastise him when he would swing from the chandelier or walk the banisters. Dick was all dimples and giggles. She wasn't so sure at first but now she couldn't imagine her life without him.
She smiled and greeted everyone she needed to, even though deep down she hated it. But she could use their money, so here she was, standing in front of a man whose eyes kept wandering down, as if she wouldn’t notice. She just had to stand there and entertain. Think of the people this assholes money could help, she repeated to herself over and over again. She knew she wasn’t made for this. Her gaze kept drifting over to Bruce, this was more his thing. He hated it too, but he blended in better. Brucie, that’s who he was tonight. He looked so boyish in some lights, he looked like Jason.
She knows Jason hated it. The fact that he had the face of Bruce. She knew Bruce had done many paternity tests for him and each time they came back negative. She remembers the day they had met. She had gotten a call from Bruce, a kid who tried to steal his tyres and now he was bringing him home. She didn't know what to expect but it wasn't this. He was short and looked younger than twelve all skin and bones. He looked shy as she approached him. She looked down at him with pride,"So you fight Batman..." Then she looked him up and down. "And won, by the looks of it." She ruffled his hair trying to get a good look at him. Jason smirked and with that, they became inseparable. Even with him drifting further from Bruce from too many broken promises, Jason knew that Ma would never break him.
That thought was interrupted by Victoria Farbank. I was like her, married rich but Victoria, not like her, suited it. "Ms Wayne," Her southern accent breathed, "Here all on you lonesome." Victoria leaned to kiss each one of her cheeks. She played her part and kissed back, Ms.Farbank so elegant, she reminded Y/N of Diana, that bit at a slight insecurity. As she talked, oh and she could talk, Tim came to mind.
She wasn't at the manor when Bruce brought Tim home. She was staying with Selina. No, she was being taken care of by Selina. She was not in any state to look after anything, she didn't even remember how she got to Selina's apartment. That first night was hell, she was sitting in the bathtub sobbing inconsolably, Selina behind her, combing her hair and cooing at her. She spent the weeks she was there waving off Bruce, he would call and Selina was there to tell him to fuck off, He would come around and Selina would chase him off. She really looked after her, those first few weeks.
After a while she knew she had to leave. Leave Gotham, her brain told her but she could bring herself to do it. His body was still here and she promised to never leave him, Jason. It didn't take long for the gossip site to find out Mrs Y/N Wayne has left Bruce Wayne. She opened her own bank account, no Wayne money, just her own savings. She bought an apartment with her own money.
Then she heard the news, Bruce Wayne's new alumini. She didn't bother reading the rest, it made her sick. Never once did she think that he would do it again, put another boy in that costume.
Victoria knocked Y/N right out of her head again, "You look pale, honey. I think you need a minute outside." Y/N felt sick.
You wave her off. "No, Victoria, I'm fine, just a bit too much champagne." You lie, plastering that god forsaken smile back on your face. Victoria didn't look too sure, but she didn't push.
When you did get back to the manor, you justified it as for being for Tim. You didn't know the boy but you already felt weirdly maternal, but Tim wasn't a Dick or a Jason, the house wasn't all giggles and fun and warmth, it was cold and empty. Dick had his own life, Jason was gone and you couldn't even look at Bruce, you couldn't look at Alfred.
Tim was already an established teen. He had his mom, he had his dad. he was a rich boy with a life, and you were a grieving mother looking to feel something. You were pushy with him, trying to get him to join you, pushing him to spend some time with you. You could see it until Kon, just a kid too, told you. A teenage boy had to sit you down to get you to go to therapy. After some time, when you had relaxed, Tim looked to you for some normality.
Victoria left at some point, not that you minded. you wander out to the patio. The night was crisp, the outfit you were in wasn't made for this weather. You look down the path at a very recognizable silhouette standing in the candlelit gazebo. You walk the unsteady gravel path. Damian had been getting so tall in the last few months. He had lost his baby fat and had interestingly grown to look more like Taila.
He didn't need to turn to know it was you. "When can we go home?" His voice cracks at the word go, quickly reminding you this wasn't a man but a boy.
You walk up and stand next to him. "Soon." He knew you didn't want to be here just as much as him. The two of you stand in silence just next to each other. Damian takes off his blazer and places it on your shoulders, then just so slightly, he leans his head into your shoulder. This was a far cry from how he was when you first met him.
To him, you were dirt on his shoe. The woman ciphering money from his father. He hated that his mother had left him at the manor in the first place and now some woman was telling him what to do. He can't do that and he can't do this. You knew how he felt, he didn't keep it hidden. At every moment he would let you know that. It was so slow. And stared off so slow. Jon had come to the manor with Connor and took a straight interest in Damian. Jon and Connor both called you mom when they were there, almost all of the boys friends did.
And one day out of the blue, Jon was playing hide and seek, mostly with himself, when Daiman walked in. "Ummi, have you got the kryponite?"
You try to stay calm for two reason, he had just Called you mom and what the hell did he want kryptonite, "No, sweet but don't play with that stuff i hear it could give you cancer." you say gently. Damian rolls his eye and scoffed walking out. you could just about explode. Damian was like a cat, you had to wait for him to give affection before you could to he loved the little thing.
She wraps her hand around his shoulder. He relaxed into it. But the calm as gone as the noise of the party spills out. "Hey, you two." Bruce calls them. "Party's over, someone broke out of Arkham and is heading this way." he sigh, Damian on the other hand perks up, Bruce seeing this smirks. "It's Kite man."
Damian deflates. "Let's go home." He leads you past Bruce.
Later that night you stand at the kitchen counter. You see movement in the corner of your eye. Duke looked tired. "Want a Tea?" You feel you got the mentor thing down by now.
A.N: I feel so down and feel as is i have regressed. it so hard these days to feel the need to write. This is not good at all but... I hate this a bit. I hate that i find it so difficult to write. but that whatever i hope you guys like this. thx 4 reading.
i, personally, adored this. i know it might not be the thing that you’re looking for, but please know that you can take a breath and a break. as an author, and an obvious indulger, take your time. please please please find it in yourself to recollect and replenish your creativity. thank you for writing regardless, and i pray that you feel better soon hun 🫶
This means a lot, it's hard to do the thing you love when you start to feel tired or even hate it. The quality is nowhere near what I'd expect at this point, but it felt nice, even a little bit, writing and imagining again.
This was her gala, her charity, she had to just suck it up and socialise with Gotham's best snobs.

A teenage boy had to sit her down to get her to go to therapy. After some time, when you had relaxed, Tim looked to you for some normality.
Victoria left at some point, not that Y/N minded. She wander out to the patio. The night was crisp, the outfit she was in wasn't made for this weather. She looked down the path at a very recognizable silhouette standing in the candlelit gazebo. Y/N walked the unsteady gravel path. Damian had been getting so tall in the last few months. He had lost his baby fat and had interestingly grown to look more like Taila.
He didn't need to turn to know it was Y/N. "When can we go home?" His voice cracks at the word go, quickly reminding you this wasn't a man but a boy.
Y/N walked up and stood next to him. "Soon." He knew she didn't want to be here just as much as him. The two of them stand in silence just next to each other. Damian takes off his blazer and places it on her shoulders, then just so slightly, he leans his head into herr shoulder. This was a far cry from how he was when she first met him.
To him, she was dirt on his shoe. The woman, ciphering money from his father. Jon and Connor both called hermom when they were there, almost all of the boys' friends did.
And one day out of the blue, Jon was playing hide and seek, mostly with himself, when Daiman walked in. "Ummi, have you got the kryponite?"
Y/N try to stay calm for two reasons, he had just Called her mom and what the hell did he want kryptonite, "No, sweet but don't play with that stuff i hear it could give you cancer." she say gently. Damian rolls his eye and scoffed walking out. She could just about explode. Damian was like a cat, she had to wait for him to give affection before you could to he loved the little thing.
Later that night Y/N stood at the kitchen counter. She sees movement in the corner of her eye. Duke looked tired. "Want a Tea?" she felt she'd got the mentor thing down by now.

The house was quiet. Bruce was in a meeting downtown, Dick was home in Blüdhaven and Jason was off doing whatever Jason does. Y/N could hear the slight chatter of Steph and Cass in the living room, having a spa day and she had no clue what Tim and Damian were doing. She had just finished mashing the avocado for their face masks. She turnt to see a boy raiding her pantry. He closes the door finally spotting her.
He smiled, moving all the snacks to one arm so he could wave. "Afternoon, Mrs Wayne." He had the smile of someone who was nervous.
She really looked at him. She didn't recognise him, "Afternoon to you too." There was an awkward silence. She was so close to panicking when she saw Tim jogging up to them.
Tim looked surprised. "Mom, I thought you were out." Then he looked at the boy, " I invited Bernard over," He ringed his hands. "You know, like a sleepover." He was only nervous.
She nodded, then she remembered. "Oh, Bernard. You've gotten taller and your hair longer." She laughed, walking past them. She had a funny feeling about this, she looked back to see Tim leaning in closer than any friend should. Tim was gigging, resting his head against Bernard's shoulder and was holding his midriff.
An hour later, she couldn't shake this funny feeling, "I'm just going to head up to check on Timmy," Steph Uh ha and Cass nodded, not taking their eyes off the movie. "You know, to see if he needs something." They weren't paying any attention to her, so she was just trying to justify it to herself.
She took her freshly painted toes up the stairs and toward Tim's room. She hesitated knocking for a second before deciding to push her ear against the door. "What are you doing?" A voice whispers behind her. She jumped. Damian was standing behind her, holding a baby bird. She shooed him and waved him off. He rolled his eyes and carried on. "Creep."
She strained to hear better but she couldn't hear a thing. Knocking was the only thing she could do, or she could scale the side of the building and look through his window, no, that would make her a creep. So she knocked.
It didn't take long, Tim cracked the door, smiling."Hi, Mom." he had a goofy smile on his face.
She shifted forward, trying to get a better look into his room. He inches the door closed a little, "Hi Tim." She places her hand on the door and pushes it open further. "You know, open doors when guests are over." She sees Bernard sitting on the bed with an equally as goofy smile on his face. She knows that look.
Tim sobered up quickly, " Yeah, I umm forgot." He was looking everywhere but her.
She smirked. "Sure." Then she walked away.
Later that night, Steph and Cass had gone up to bed. Y/N was watching a movie in bed when she heard a knock at her door. At first, she thought it was Damian coming to sleep but when the door opened, she was greeted with Tim in his Robin costume.
"Oh, Timmy." She sat up, patting the side of the bed. He wandered over, plopping down next to her.
He was looking down at his hands. She knew what he wanted to say but she waited, he needed to tell her himself. He took a deep breath, "Mom, I like boys." and that was it. She waited to see if he had more " I'm dating Bernard".
His eyes were glossy and unsure. She leaned in and hugged him. "It's alright, I know."
He pulled back, "You know, how?" He asked, confused.
She looked at him now, confused. She didn't know he was even in the closet. "Tim," She said to him seriously. "You're literally wearing Kons leather jacket." He gasped, looking down at himself. "No skin off my nose, as long as his okay with it."
Tim frowned, "Why would I have to care if Kon is okay with it?" He asked, standing up, backing away to the door.
She looked up at him. " You know," She answered.
He was moving very slowly toward the door. "No, I don't know." A little part of him was growing scared. He had pushed that night so far down. Now all he could see was flashes of Bruce's naked back.
She smiled softly as if she were about to say the most insightful thing in the world. "You know, there is a big difference between Selina and Talia, and that is consent and knowledge from the other panther..." Oh my god, He wanted the floor to swallow him up. "You youngin and your multi-partners thing..." That was not the thought he needed. " So Lois..." No, gross. But she was too far in her own head, "And I have eyes, I mean..."
OH MY GOD, he thought, " No!" He yelled, "It's just me and Bernard." He grabbed the door handle.
She smiled and looked at him sincerely. "That's okay, I just want you to know that no matter who you're dating or not dating, I'll support you."
Tim threw all of it, he smiled, " Well, thanks Mom." She did care. She always cares.
He opened the door, he heard "I love you Tim." he looked back."Remember that." She tapped the side of her head.
Later on that night, the Riddler had escaped and now had them on a wild goose chase. Bruce noticed Tim was quieter than he usually was. "What's wrong, son?"
Tim, knocking himself out of his own mind, looked up at Bruce. " What is your exact relationship with Clark?"
Summary: Things were meant to be different here, yet in her fourth year at Hogwarts, she finds that no one knows her name. Perhaps one day she will carve out a place for herself, or perhaps she will remain invisible.
AUTHOR’S NOTE: Severus is getting more suspicious of Remus and the growing closeness between him and Y/N.
The kitchens made Y/N objectively uncomfortable, the thought of house elf made her uneasy. The time she had met them, they all seemed unnaturally happy to serve her, the big blank eye, the scared need to please, all of it. Every witch or wizard she had spoken to had assured her they loved to work but she wasn't very sure. So, waiting for Severus seemed like the best option.
The Hufflepuff passed her without a second thought, then she saw him, Remus Lupin, limping away from the Hufflepuff common rooms. It had been a full moon last night and you can tell it had taken a toll on him. " No friends today?" She Said.
Remus jumped, turing back to look at her, "Not today," he said with a slit strain. Then he looked around. "What about you, no Severus?"
She lifted an eyebrow. "Seveus?"
"Isn't he your friend?" He had almost always seen them together these days, it had been a little joke between him and his friend, Snape and his shadow.
" Just you use his first name, not his surname, not that stupid nickname, just Severus." She walked to him, then around the corner. And agentsed his better judgments, he followed.
She had this mysterious air behind her, he had never really seen her before she started to hang out with Severus, which made sense, seeing as she was quiet and a year below him. " What do you want?" He asked, now hidden in shadow.
She looked up at him, her hand behind her back. Though she appeared shy, there was something in her eyes that frightened him. "I don't know. You followed me," she said, her tone now sly, making him feel uneasy. He couldn't shake the thought that she was not dangerous—his mind insisted on that—but he couldn't be certain. She could be hiding her wand behind her back, or perhaps she had lured him there for Severus to confront him. So why did he follow her? Just as he decided to turn away, her surprisingly strong hand seized his arm. "Oh, before you go, tell your friends to back off. I know what you are."
His breath hitched. What did she mean by 'I know what you are?' She now had a sickly sweet smile on her face. " What are you talking about?"
She laughed, "That every full moon you run off under that willow, and I think that I don't need to spell that out for you. Do I?"
His face hardened as he stalked toward her. "Was that a threat? Are you trying to threaten me?" He could see her shrink.
Her face only vaulted a little but she still stood strong. "I don't need to, I know people who are a little suspicious of you." She stepped up. Their chest touching, she could feel him breathing steadily, almost too steadly.
"Who?" He bent his head down a little, trying to intimidate her, and it was working. Remus always had an air of calm about him, but at this moment it was alarming.
She looked away, shrugging her shoulders. "I don't know, people." She flicked the tip of her nose. " Look, I don't want to ruin anyone's life, but certain others might." She placed her hand on his chest trying to push him away, but he didn't budge. " Just watch your back and maybe rail in your stupid 'friends'."
Remus tilted his head, "Severus." She shrugged again, and with that, they knew she meant Severus. He looked worried and she could feel his heart race against her hand. "Does he know?" He whispered, leaning in closer as if to smell if she lied. She shook her head and he breathed a sigh of relief.
His hot breath fanned her face. She suddenly realised this was the closest she had ever been to a boy, she had ever been to anyone. She could smell the scent of strawberry on his breath and his brown eyes had a fleck of amber in them. Remus was long and lanky. Y/N never thought she had a type, but now she wasn't so sure. His eyes weren't as dark and doe-like as Severus's, who always looked like prey. No, Remus looked like the hunter, the predator. He was the hunter. All the blood in her body rushed to her head, willing herself not to put it on his shoulder. He smoked too, are someone around him did as the smell was stuck to his neck, his long, every so kissable neck. He could see it too, the way the air changed, she had dragged him into the shadow to threaten him, then warn him and now she looked innocently hungry, he could smell her and all he smelled was Severus. It wasn't a bad smell per se, but it wasn't right either. He wondered what she and Severus had done, how far they had gone. He could sort of see what Peter saw, she was kinda pretty, or maybe it was just his teen hormones tricking him. "I'll be careful if you keep Seveus on a tight leash." He whispered, his eye flicked down to her lips.
She licked her lips, Seveus on a leash, she liked that image, she willed a smirk away and whispered back. "If you can keep your friends on theirs."
Remus chucked, lighting up a little. "Deal."
"What's going on here?" They both jumped back, the strange tension breaking. It was Severus, neutral-faced, carrying two plates of what looked like a Sunday roast.
Remus didn't look up at Severus, instantly feeling guilty for some reason. "We were just talking. Did you know Y/N is really good at transfiguration?" he smirked, face still down.
Severus was not moved. "Obviously."
Remus pulled the sleeve of his jumper over his hand. "Well, I think you were right about the, ummm, well I think I, umm, should get going, I got what I was looking for, Yeah." He, for the first time in what felt like years or maybe it had been years, he looked Severus in the eyes and all he could muster was. "I'm sorry." Then he sculled off.
Severus watched him go, then looked back at Y/N, whose eyes had not left the wall since he got there. "What was that?" She didn't look up, she looked more flustered than he'd ever seen her before.
"Not sure, his weird, wanted to know what I thought about the ethics of human transfiguration into inanimate objects." She looked up to him to see a sceptical brow. "What!? I told you he was weird." She huffed, rubbing her hot cheeks.
He turned and walked back to the dorms, not believing a word she said, "Sure." And he was back to the one word sentences. He got like that whenever he was in a mood.
She puter behind him. "Sure. Obviously. Indeed." She drone trying to imitate his cold attitude.
He turned quickly, the food almost falling off the plates, his robe bellowed behind him. "I don't like liars." She stopped her joke immediately.
Her smile faded and she shrank herself smaller. "Sorry." He just nodded and kept walking. That night they ate in silence. She was not stupid and could see how it looked. One of what she would like to think, his closet friend, getting all cosy with one of his tormenters. Not a good look.
Severus had been keeping a close eye on Remus for the past few weeks. Not much had changed within that time. He sat next to Sirius, who sat next to James and Peter as always sitting across from them as if he weren't a part of them. From what he could see, James and Sirus joked together, and Rumus just sat there jumping in every now and then, and Peter, he still wasn't so sure about.
"Snivellus keeps looking over here." Sirius grumbled, all the boys turned to look too, only to see Severus looking down under the table at whatever Y/N was pointing at.
Remus huffed, shaking his head. "He looks normal to me." and stabbed his carrots.
"You're the one who should be concerned. He's been looking at you, you know." Sirius pinched Remus' side, sending him squealing.
James looked at Remus, a blush graced his cheeks. "What did you do?" James smiled.
Remus's embarrassment bubbled up. Was he that bad at hiding it? "I didn't do anything. I just spoke to her."
And with that, the boys exploded. Peter was in shock, he spoke to her. James and Sirius were pushing each other, oohing. It was drawing attention to the and Remus hid his face in his sleeve.
"Hear that James, he 'spoke to her'. " Sirius almost yelled, then he turnt to Peter. "Better luck next time, Wormtail."
Peter's face turned so red it looked like it might pop. "Shut up." He whined.
Remus huffed. "It's not like that. I'm a prefect and she a student..."
He was quickly interrupted. "Ohhh, he's a prefect," James whispered.
"And she's a student." Sirius fake swooded.
Remus was growing impatient. "She was just loitering outside the kitchen." They looked up at him, eyes growing wide. "I told her to get moving and Severus came around the corner with food, then they left." they huffed, disappointed a the story. They went back to food soon after that. Remus looked over to the Slytherin table, Y/N had told Severus something that had him smiling and laughing. He didn't think he felt anything, she knew his secret and didn't tell anyone, she seemed to be a good person. He hoped she was.
March came with the daffodils and the castles was shaking off the frosty winter, ready for spring. Severus was busier than his ever been, studying for his O.W.L. and keeping an eye on Remus. Severus had tried to be sneaky, but somehow James and his pack always seemed to find him. Y/N had also been busy. Slughorn was running her ragged. All she did these days was clean and sort and she was on this until May. Slughorn always seemed to be entertaining students. His slug club. Slunghorn wasn't a bad teacher but he did have a tendency to leave so-called lost courses behind, his favouritism was apparent. He spent most of his time gushing about new and old potentials.
Today was no different, it was a quiet Saturday morning and Slughorn had just opened the storeroom door having her sort again. His nose was a bit red for this early in the morning. "How would you like to come with me for a little supply run?" he was way too jolly for this early. She wondered if he had gotten any sleep. She poked her head out of the storage room and nodded. "Good. Good. And you've been working so hard, I think a quick stop a the three-broomstick is ado." he cheered.
Later in the early afternoon, he was ready to go. He had her listing off needed supplies. "So first we get all of that, then we drink up," he paused then looked down at her. "Well, maybe one drink."
Y/N straightened her gloves, "Yes, sir, a Quick tipple."
That earned a laugh from him, he patted her on the back a little too hard, "Oh, yes, very smart. Tho I was never good at a wee dram." He looked down at her hands. "I say," he said, it did sound a little condescending, but he almost always did, "What kind of leather is that?"
Y/N could tell that he was just trying to start conversation. "Cow."
He paused his smile, faulted a little. "Oh." Then he clapped his hands loudly, "Well, on we go." and they were off.
There was no need for him to try and make conversation, he could talk enough for the both of them. Most of the talk was him listing names to see if she knew any of them, then telling her that he taught them. He rushed through the shopping part. overly excited to get to the Three Broomsticks, and she could see why he was greeted with warm smiles, he seemed popular here. greeted all the locals, all his old friends.
Slughorn brought her a butterbeer and sat her at a table a bit away from him. There weren't any students at Hogmead today, just old wizards. They were all so animated and jolly, something good must of happened. They were swapping money around, a bet most probably. It reminded Y/N of when her Father had taken her to the pub, but he was nowhere near this happy. her father mostly sat in silents smokeing his fag and drinking his pint.
Suddenly, all of the warmth drained the door flung open, "Horace!" Professor McGonagall looked livid. Y/N had seen anger, but never like this. All of the wizards de-aged instantly, and all of them looked like guilty children. No one more so than Slughorn. He resembled a turtle tucking his head in like that. McGonagall scanned the room eyes landing on Y/N She looked relieved, then she hardened again when she looked back at him. "You bought a student to a pub so you could bet."
At that, his head popped back out, "No!" he yelled, "No, I was running errands and you know, miss...Uh," He racked his brain.
Really, two months and he still couldn't remember. "L/N." McGonagall answered.
"Yes, I Know. As I was saying, Miss L/N was working so hard and a break was in order, so drinks were in order, then I bumped into Clancy here, and got to talking." The plump wizard next to him shook his head, not wanting to get into trouble too.
McGonagall rolled her eyes, looking back at Y/N, "Well, Horace will just have to see what Professor Dumbledore has to say."
He jumped up. "Albus! But Minerve..."
She waved her hand, shutting him up quickly. "Come now, L/N," she said warmly. The walk back to the School was quiet. Y/N wondered. What Severus was up to.
For Seveus, there was next to no subject that could stump him, so studying felt more like a formality. Without Y/N, he was able to get close to Lily again, they were sitting in the library going over Charms' book not that she needed his help.
She looked up at him again to only see him doing what he had been doing for the last hour now. burning a hole in the back of Remus' head, "What's wrong?" she whispered, moving in closer.
Severus didn't bother looking away. He felt a shiver go up his spine. "I saw him and Y/N whispering to each other." He wrapped his arms around himself, huffing. "And now she's being weird."
Lily now looked at Remus. Why would he be talking to Y/N? "Well, I mean, he is a Prefect, so he could have been telling her off." That was the only thing she could come up with, she did hit one of his friends.
But Seveus shook his head, "No, she had her hand on his chest."
Lily felt a jolt run through her. "Y/n hand on his chest? Was she pushing him, maybe?"
He shook again, "No, like they were kissing and then when I spoke up, they were all red and they suddenly made up an excuse."
"Nothing was happening and I have not been being weird, I'm just busy." Lily and Severus jumped. He should have known she was there, he could feel it. If looks could kill, Lily and Severus would be dead.
Seveus turnt his face away from her. "Well, what were you two doing?" She didn't understand why he was so huffy.
She took a step back. "Why are you so bothered?" He didn't talk to her, "Oh. Okay then, sit there and sulk, I don't care. Do what you want."
Then he turned to look at her, "I'm not sulking." He whined
She sarcastically nodded, "Oh yeah, and you're not making a problem out of nothing."
He stood up now, his face gone red, he was going to say something, pointing his finger in her face but then he just huffed and sat back down. She didn't know what he was going to say and she didn't want to know. It was best to just leave it, not say something they regret, that's what her mum always did, let him stew.
She decided to take another page out of her mother's book. Y/N placed her hand on his tense shoulder, he didn't loosen up but she didn't need him to. She leaned over and moved his hair out of his face and kissed his cheek. She had seen her mother do it a hundred times to her father and Y/N thought Seveus needed it to. She moved his hair back where it was and walked away.
Lily just sat there forgotten, not that she minded, she'd never seen Seveus like this. She was in shock, she looked around to see that Remus had looked back at them. He looked as confused as Lily felt.
Severus stood up and packed away. He didn't say anything, just left.
He didn't see her for the whole day. Back in his dorm room, he had his curtains drawn. He couldn't stop thinking about what had happened in the library, he could be mad not realy. He didn't know what he was mad at. Was he mad that it was Remus, or maybe he was mad it was anyone?
Whatever it was, he couldn't sleep. A walk was what he needed. The common room was dark and the moon was reflecting off the lake, leaving the room in a green glow. A shift caught his eye somthing on the sofa moved. He crept close to see a similar face poking through a fine blanket and her legs sticking out. Y/N had her eyes open, she looked creepy like that. "What are you doing?" She whispered.
What was he doing? What was she doing? He frowned. She was still in the clothes she was wearing that day, "What are you doing?"
She sat up, looking so lost. "Sometimes my roommate locks me out."
He stood there, speechless. A long second passed by before he said, "You can come up to my room." he had no idea where it came from and he knew what people would say if they saw the two of them in his bed but a small very loud part of him couldn't care.
She shifted, moving up toward him. "It will only be for one night." He didn't know if she was talking to him are herself but he nodded anyway. They moved quietly to his door, he stopped her to pop his head to see if anyone was awake. After he checked, he let her in.
It was a quick run to his bed. he drew the curtain close and almost a suddenly as he had done that, the reality of the situation set in. He had a girl in his bed. He put a silencing charm around them, but it not that it was not needed not one of them dared to talk.
He felt her trying to get comfortable. "Do you need more blankets?" He whispered it was the only thing he could think to say.
She tried to look at him but couldn't. Severus had taken off his dressing gown and out in the common room, she didn't notice his bare legs. He slept in a nightshirt. His leg where long and hairless, odd for a sixteen year old she thought. She didn't really hear his question. "No." she answered. He nodded, that seemed to be the right answer.
He pulled up the covers, lying under. "You can sleep under the covers, too." He felt vulnerable. He wanted her to.
"Don't worry, I'm an early bird, I'll be gone before your roommate wake." She mirrored him, she was in bed with a boy. Her mother had warned her about this, about boys and what they might do if they go a girl in their beds. She wouldn't mind it at all but then he turned his back to her and moved closer to the edge, her mind cleared. Stupid girl. She steadily fell asleep after that. What she didn't know was Severus's heart was pounding. Sleep didn't come to him easily that night.
The next morning, they had woken up late. He could hear his roommates milling around, he sat up quickly, turning to look at her. What a liar. He thought, she told him she was an early bird and here she is, lying there, mouth open, drool down her chin, snoring. He shook her and she woke with a whelp. He covered her mouth quick. She mumbled something into his hand, He looked at her confused before lifting it off. "You use a charm, remember,"She still whispered.
He did. Still, if Mulciber had heard her, then what would he think? No matter how much Severus tried to say he didn't care about what people thought of him, deep down he did.
She pulled her knee up to her chin. Severus quickly realised he was in his nightshirt, he pulled his leg under the covers. "We have to wait." He whispered back. It was awkward now, they could hear his roommate talking a little too loudly about the 'tit' of some sixth year girl neither of them had heard of. Severus couldn't stop figging as the conversation kept getting dirtier. Why did he wake her, he thought.
No one seemed to care that Severus was still in bed. "You, close with your roommates then?" she asked.
Severus shook his head, "No. You close with Remus, then?" He asked back, he didn't know why.
She turned her head so fast to look at him, his face was rather sour. "What is that supposed to mean?" She was shocked, "You're still on this?" She was exhausted by now. She didn't care what people would say she needed to go.
As she was about to get up, she felt Seveus grab her arm, "Don't, " He whispered. He looked so sorry. " I just don't want him to be friends with him." He looked away now. "Remus Lupin is nothing but a coward." He looked as if he could cry, " He likes to pretend that he's not as cruel as his friend but he just stands there and smiles. He is just as bad as the rest of them." She knew this but he was charming, maybe that's why she forgot about it.
She leaned in closer to Severus, his hair was so long now, she looked him deep in his eyes. Glassies and deep. He was with her now, he was with her always, his fingers stroking up and down her arm. They didn't realise it but they were both moved in closer. They tilted their head, their breath mingling, slow and careful Severus pressed his lips onto hers. Neither of them had ever done this before and they could both tell. It was wet and clumsy and when they pulled apart, their lips glistening.
They stayed that way until his roommates and when they finally pulled apart for the last time, they were not ready to confront what they had just done. They first kiss teary and confused.
Can you do a batmom fic, were it jason centred. teen or older.
Still mama baby
Summary: No matter how old he gets, he still knows where his comfort is.
AUTHOR’S NOTE: A little fluff a little more angst, mamaboy. I don't know if this is what you want, it was quite vague. Thanks for requesting. And Jason needs someone, why not a Mom?
When Jason first got to the manor, he felt so out of place. His mother had just died and now he was in a stranger's home. There was nothing that he could do to get comfort. Until she did, it started small, the J-shaped pancakes that she would serve with a smile. The snack she would leave in his bedroom after she found him storing food under his bed. She never pushed herself on him.
She walked into the dining room. She had just come back from a workout and was really sweaty. Bruce spotted her first, keeping his face neutral, she looked over at Jason putting her fingers over her mouth. Jason fought to keep a smile off his face as she sneaked behind Dick. Then like a snake, she shruck, wrapping her arms around his shoulders, rubbing her sweaty cheek against his. Dick squealed and tried to wriggle out of it but she held strong. Jason couldn't help but to giggle now. She lifted her head to look at his and he swore to this day, even just to himself,t hat he could see the love shine like gold from her eyes.
She unwrapped herself from Dick now, "I'll think with you giggling like that, you want some of this?" She quirked her eyebrow. She was running her fingers through Dick's hair.
Suddenly, Jason felt younger than he'd ever felt before. "Noooo." he giggled, not sounding like himself. Dick swotted her hand away, fixing his hair.
Bruce chuckles now."Oh, I think he wants some." She looked at Bruce, then back to Jason. Then she held her hand with her thumb out sideways, there was a chorus of ohhs, and Dick was dumming the table, until she held her thumb up. Dick looked disappointed and Bruce shook his head, "You got lucky, kid"
She leaned down and kissed Dick on the cheek, then she walked over to Bruce and did the same but when she got to Jason, she just ruffled his hair. He looked dejected when she went to walk away. "Can I have a kiss too." He sounded so small and shy.
She turned back around and smiled at him. "Of course." She walked over to him and kissed his cheek delicately. And from that day forth, he never had to ask again.

He and Bruce butted heads often. Jason just wanted answers he wanted to know who his mother was that it and Bruce was hiding it again.
Ma sat on the edge of his bed. He didn't remember when he started calling her Mom but it happened so naturally that it didn't click to either of them realised that he did it. She was his only comfort in this house, someone understood him, someone cared about him when he wasn't Robin or that's what he felt.
"Jay, I'll stand by you no matter what you do." She pulled him into a hug and he wished he had known her when he was younger. He wished that she was his real Mother. He wished he didn't want to look but he had to. He had to know.
When he finally did find everything out, it didn't mean anything at all.

He watched her do this every Sunday. She'd walk down that winding path. She held a bouquet of her favourite flowers she grew in her French orangery. She pulled out a flower for every name she recognised until she reached his. She knelt down, brushing away leaves and whatever else had fallen. She had the same routine, she would just sit and talk, then she'd cry.
Jason watched her grieve him every Sunday. He had read that she left Bruce for a bit. But he adopted another child and she was back. She didn't smile as much as she used to, Dick didn't visit as much as he should and then Bruce was running around the city with his new Robin as if it couldn't happen again.
Every week he wanted to reveal himself he wanted to walk up to her to tell her his here. And today was the day. He didn't want to scare her, he now he didn't look the same so he wore his Redhood mask.
The leaves crunched under is boots, he knew she had heard him, he wanted her too.
She didn't turn. She just shook her head, saying, "Not today.please." She thought he was some reporter and he didn't know what to say. He whatever little confidence was waning. He was just about to back away, go back in the shadow but she was too quick. She had turnt to look at him. She didn't look scared, no, she looked ready and that scared Jason. "Oh." Was all she got out.
He didn't move for a second, she didn't ever. They just stared at each other. "Ma," Jason didn't know why he had said it but he had. And she saw him her baby.
She stood up so fast she held on to his arms to keep balance. He grap her elbow, trying to get as much comfort as he could before she inevitably got scared and left him. He needed this. He needed his Mother.
Then he felt her pawing at his helmet. He grabbed her hand pulling her away. Tear were pouring out of her. "Please," she sobbed, "Please let me get a good look at my baby."
He didn't know why he did it. Maybe it was because he could never say no to her. So when he pulled it off, he didn't know what to expect. It wasn’t horror on her face but relief. Like she was convincing herself that he wasn't really but now she could see his face he must have been. She kissed his cheeks then his forehead and then smelled his hair. It was almost primal, she giggled it was infectious, he was giggling too, the first time in a long time for the both of them. "You smell the same," she confides.
He took a deep breath in, "So do you." she pulled him in closer, still half giggling, half crying.
She didn't know what to do, "Where have you been?" That all she could ask.
He didn't know how to answer, he didn't want to disappoint her but no matter how much he tried, he couldn't. "I can't come back," he tried to convince her or maybe himself. "I can't even think about looking Bruce in the eyes." He balled up his fist, trying not to get angry. "That man..." but he didn't finish.
She felt his anger so deep, "I know, I feel it too, I know." He knew she did, she always felt him.
He whispered his confession, "I've killed, and I'll kill again." He pulled her back to get her to look him in the eyes. "I can't be him, I won't let them get away with it."
She just nodded, "I know, and you don't need to justify it to me. Jay, I'll stand by you no matter what you do. I love you no matter what." and that's all he needed. He didn't want the approval of Bruce nor the public, just the approval of his Mother was enough.
Deep down, Jason was a mamaboy and he was proud of it.

Summary: Batmom doesn't go out on patrol often, but crime is on the rise and they needed all the help they could get.
AUTHOR’S NOTE: I don't know about you but I think Selina Kyle is yummy.I'm feeling quite uninspired, so if you had any requests, I would be very grateful. I'd like requests outside of the fandom, too. I may not do them, but I'm looking to expand.
It was a simple task really, run around and observe and report. Tim's Robin by her side, they had heard an alarm go off and they split. Robin took the roof and observed. Y/N went in, she was expecting to see a petty criminal, but was she surprised when what she saw was Catwoman. Y/N cut the alarms.
Catwoman was facing away, she swayed her hip, "Oh, Batman," She giggled seductively, "I guess I was clumsy." She turned. Her face flashed surprise. "You're not Batman." she stated, shaking her head in mock disappointment.
Y/N stepped up, doing her best to imitate her husband. "I am Batman." She was even doing the Batman voice.
Selina laughed genuinely. "Oh yes, how could I be so silly?" She walked up to her, placing a delicate hand on Batman's chin. Batman slipped her hand around Selina's waist "Uh, Batman's handsy today." And pulled out the Pink diamond Harrmilan's Necklace. Selina mocked surprise, "How did that get there?"
Y/N wanted to giggle but held it in, "I wonder?" There was a beat of silents then she laughed, Selina joined. "What are you doing out here?" Y/N Asked.
Selina shook her head, "Stealing this necklace, you?"
Y/N gestured to herself. "Being Batman," she did a turn.
Back up on the roof, Tim was getting worried, he jumped to the roof opposite so he could get a good look through the window. There, he saw Mom and Selina Kyle, who looked like they were flirting. Mom had her hand on Selina's waist. Selina spun her and now it looked like they were kissing. Tim turned away, there he saw Dick walking over to him, smiling. "He said you could go now. You guys aren't needed here anymore." Dick's smile faded, Tim was pale and Mom wasn't here. "What happened? Where's Mom?" he panicked. he walked past Tim, spotting movement. In the window of the museum, He cringed, looking back at Tim. "Have you not been with Bruce when he has been around Selina?" Tim nodded. "Yeah, that's just the game."
At the sound of his name, Bruce seems to have just manifested, "We're going to eat after this." He looked back.
Jason ran up panting. "You guys better pick Five Guys," he huffed, then looked around. "Where, Ma?"
Tim pointed to the window and they all went to look. Jason grumbled and looked away. Bruce was quick on the comm. "Y/N were done now..." They all waited for a response.
Y/N sighed, "What?" Selina asked.
Y/N looked up, "Nothing Gotta go." That's it for their catch up.
Selina looked out of the window, spotting them all on the roof staring at them, "Yeah, your kittens are waiting for you." Y/N looked up and out there, too.
Y/N Tuned out her comm, Now it was back on all she could hear was frantic talk, voices all over lapping each other. " Gotta go." She sighed. "Thier hungry and you know how it is."
Selina laughed, "I know." She ran her hand down her back. "See you soon." And she was gone.
Back home after a very awkward dinner at Five Guys. She was trying to stretch the knots out, she looked over to Bruce. "What? Like you don't do the same." Bruce sighed, Yeah, he does but not that hard, he thought. "Anyway, she doesn't get me tonight, you do." She kissed her way up his chin.
Bruce tried to fight a smile. "She doesn't, does she?" he moved her to the bed.
Just as things were going to get interesting, the bedroom door flung open. Damian. He paid no attention to them and climbed onto the bed. "I'm sleeping in here tonight. Todd is drinking and he gets loud." Then he finally looked at them. "Father, put your trousers back on." Damian tucked himself in.
Bruce grumbled, "I'm going to take a shower." He got up and walked to the ensuite. He looked back to hint at Y/N but she was not paying attention to busy smiling on her phone probably too Selina. A cold shower then.
She could feel the bass from all the way down here. He'd been doing it all day. He came home from school with a new ear piercing. He sat in his room, moping, about what she could tell you. Making the trip up to his room felt daunting. As she reached the door, the hallway was vibrating, rattling her to the bone. She knocked but of course he couldn't hear it, so she cracked the door a little just enough so she could put her arm in and flick the light switch, then close it again. The music went down but off, he opened the door just a crack popping his head through. He was wearing dark black eyeliner, his hair longer, just covering his eyes and he had a new helix piercing. He was so pale, his normal golden sheen gone. When was the last time he went out in the day? He looked so much like Bruce when she first met him.
He rolled his eyes. "What do you want?"
Lovely, she thought. "Jason and I are going to the arcade, then maybe ice cream." She watched him open the door more, then she walked in, looking around. Dirty plates all over the place. The curtains were closed and the bed was a mess of clean and dirty clothes. She could stop her mind from drifting to Bruce, then herself. Was this just a phase all teenagers go through? She hoped not, not even wanting to think about how bad Jason would be. She looked over to his desk he had a notebook open with designs. "Are these new costume ideas?" She asked, he shrugged, collecting dirty dishes.
"Yeah," he answered non committedly. "Look, you can go now, I'll be down in a few." he handed her the dishes. And she decided not to push him too hard.
Back downstairs, she was helping Alfred with the washing up. Jason sat at the breakfast bar, head in hands. and Bruce sat at the table doing some Wayne Company paperwork. Jason sighed, "I thought we were going to the arcade?"
She turnt to look at him, "We have to wait for Dickie, he's coming too." Then she turned back to the dishes.
Jason groaned and threw his hand up, " Why does he have to come? His been so moody lately."
She hushed him, "His coming because his your brother."
Jason whispered into his elbow, "Because his your brother." he hoped she didn't hear him.
But oh, did she hear him. "What did you say?"
He sank into the stool. "Nothing."
She nodded. That's what she thought. Bruce, tho perched up, he smirked, "I think he mocked you." he looked just like a little boy.
She side eyed him, and that was the man she married, the man who was sticking his tongue out to their son. She dried her hands and walked over to Bruce. He fixed his face when he noted her, "Well, now you're not coming."
He sat up straighter, looking like he had just been caught. She could hear Jason giggle, "Then what am I to do with my time?" he whispered.
She grinned. "Oh, I don't know? I'm sure Alfred can come up with something."
"Oh, I'm sure I can, Ms Wayne." What is Alfred playing at? Bruce thought.
Bruce then looked up at his wife, she was playfully smiling at him "Oh, what must I do to get your forgiveness, Mrs Wayne?" he whispered, sliding his hand around her waist to her lower back. He could hear Jason now grumble with disgust.
"GROSS!" Dick yelled from the doorway. "I'm not coming if you're going to be doing whatever this is." Bruce unattached himself from her.
Jason jumped up, running over to Dick, grabbing his arm before running to the door, dragging Dick behind him. "Nah, his not coming, what took you so long?" Jason looked up from putting on his shoes. "Was it the eyeliner?" he said earnestly.
Dick tutted, watching Mom give Bruce a kiss before making her way towards them. "Shotgun," Dick whispered.
Dick instantly regretted calling shotgun, now he was sitting up front under Mom's unwavering eyes. "So," she was tapping the steering wheel to the beat of the song Jason chose. "How's Kory?" she said with a knowing smile.
Dick wished for the ground to open up and swallow him. "I don't know, why don't you ask her yourself?" he mumbled sanking lower into the seat.
She shook her head, "Maybe I will? I'm sure I could get a straight answer from her," she mumbled back. She watched as Dick pulled out his headphones, going off into his own world. She looked a Jason through the rearview mirror, bopping his head to the beat. "How school, Jaybird?" She could see the disgust on his face.
He met her eye, "It's the weekend, can we not talk about school?" he grumbled. She giggled and turned up the music.
At the arcade, Dick trailed behind them. She could see that he wanted in but just couldn't drop the front. While Jason was busy with Pac-Man, she bent over and whispered to Dick. "You know, you can have fun, right?" She stood back up straight.
He turned to look at her watching Jason run to the now empty DDR machine. "Ma, you gonna play? Jason asked excitedly.
But she shook her head." Nah, don't want to make you cry when I mop the floor with you." she joked.
Jason shook his head, smiling even harder. "Yeah, right." He turned back about to start.
Until, "Mom might not want to do that, but I sure do." Dick challenges rolling up his sleeves.
Jason crossed his arms. "Oh, yeah. We'll see about that." Mom wooed. Egging them on. It only took a few more games before Dick was back to his old self.
They left the arcade lighter than they were when they went in. Jason used his ticket to get a sticky hand, a tub of jelly beans and one of these squishy slime things that she hoped would pop in her car. Dick didn't have as many tickets, so he just got a Superman key chain.
Dick and Jason sat at a table in the ice cream parlour. "You know if you were a superhero," Jason said, scratching his neck, "I mean a different superhero, you would be Superman."
That warmed Dicks heart, it was nice to hear that not just his brother thought that he was already a superhero but if he wasn't, he'd be the most compassionate one. "Thanks, Jay." with that Mom came back to the table. He realised that everyone around him loved him for him, they all made a effort even if he wasn't his best self and from that day forwed Dick also made an effort to live his life but these standards.
Some weeks late,r Dick had come home from training. He walked into his room, which was drastically different from how he had it weeks ago. The curtains were open, shining a light on something sitting on his made bed. The top of it was a picture of his dad, young, he must have been 15 or 16, he had longish hair and black messy eyeliner. If Dick didn't know better, he would of thought it was a picture of him. The was a mirror picture of him and Mom, they were dressed with no other word to put it, grungey. He giggled before picking up the cassette of Nirvana's Nevermind.

Damian had been stomping around all day. A little frown on his face and his arms crossed. Alfred had asked him what was wrong, only to let out a huff that could rival Cass's. He was mad about something and Dick was to be his first victim.
Dick was standing at the breakfast bar, making a sandwich, when he heard a huff he turned to see Damian standing in the doorway. Dick smiled then nodded a what's up, he turned back to his sandwich just to hear another huff. This time he put down his knife and really looked at Damian. "Hello, Damian, how can I help you today?"
Damian took a step forward, pointing his finger at Dick. "Don't you have your own house? With your own food?"
Dick frowned, this again. This happened every time he came to visit. Damian would get all territorial. "Well, I am just visiting." he picked up his plate with his finished sandwich. Walking to the sitting room with Damian as his shadow. Sitting on the couch were Cass and Tim the both of them with their heads in their own screens. Cass on her phone and Tim on his laptop. "Oh, Yes. The only way to hang out with your siblings, not talking." Tim made a disgusted face, and Cass rolled over on her back, putting her feet on Tim's face. He tried for a good ten seconds to get her off before giving up and just letting her.
Tim looked up from his laptop, then did a double take, "Are you really still doing this?" Dick was about to ask what, then Tim read his mind. " Ever since Jason decided to stay for a bit, Dami get in a huff, flinging his weight around." He shook his head.
"His jealous." Cass spoke up, smirking. shaking foot side to side.
"Stop trying to put your foot in my mouth!" Tim stood up, moving to the armchair. As he did, dad walked in and took his place, where Cass did the same to him.
Cass put her phone down on her chest. "His jealous because Jason's ummi's favourite." She teased.
He stomped his little foot. "I am not." For someone who wasn't jealous, he was acting jealous.
"Is so." Damian jumped forward. Behind him stood Jason Todd. He had the cockiest face in the world.
Damian quickly straightened his composure. "As if I'll have any to be jealous of you."
Jason taped his chin. "Maybe the fact that I'm ma's favourite."
Damian was about to respond, then he felt a delicate hand on the back of his head. "I don't have a favourite." Mom walked in, she was carrying a shopping bag, Bruce didn't need to be told, he was already up and taking the bag from her. She flopped down where Bruce was sitting. Cass placed her feet on moms lap.
Yeah right, Dick thought, if you had a favourite, it would surely be him. He was basically your firstborn. Tim, Damian and Jason were talking over each other. When he looked over to mom. She did not look to invested in any of is, " I love you all the same." All of them looked around, none of them believed any of it. " I feed you all, I tucked all of you in, I'll wait on you hand and foot when you're sick and I'd made all of your costumes."
Cass huffed out a laugh. "I guess that rolls out Dick"
Mom tapped the top of Cass's shin"I thought he looked cute." Dick's face turned red as he looked away.
Tim piped up, closing his laptop, "Alfred does that stuff too and he still has a favourite." he looked her deep in her eyes, "If the manor was on fire, who would save?"
Mom playfully huffed and stood up, "Well, I think you're all capable of saving yourself and I'm telling you all don't I don't play favourites." and with that, she left. All of the kids then looked at Bruce to get an answer, but he just shrugged, not wanting to get involved.
That night, Bruce peeked into their bedroom. Didn't have a favourite, what a lie, there she was in bed with the most spoiled, pampered thing in the house. Bruce really knew who your favourite was, Titus.
