Space Monster Wangmagwi (1967)
The best part is when the kid (Squirrel) crawls into the monsters ear and slices and stabs him then pees in his ear. I hope that wasn't a spoiler. 5 stars, a must see.
Hinko Smrekar (1883-1942) Delirium, inspired by the work of the same name by Hieronymus Bosch (1450–1516) (1913) Source
“He (Smrekar) drew a delirious man crouched in his underwear on top of a cupboard and trembling with the fear at the sight of a multitude of monstrous hybrids, including crosses of beetles, caterpillars, centipedes, fish, sea monsters, and so on. In short, all the creatures from Bosch’s pandemonium.”
Rest in Peace, Kavinsky.
Thank you for your music and giving us one of the coolest, most iconic songs of the last 20 years. Without exaggeration, a universally loved, universally recognizableJAM that scrunches the faces and gets the heads of anyone listening bobbing along.
God bless, brother.

'Cow abducting a UFO'
Frank Frazetta - Carson of Venus by Edgar Rice Burroughs
Godzilla was initially going to have some new roars in Shin Godzilla (2016), rather than reusing some Showa-era roars and a Heisei-era one. However, according to co-director Shinji Higuchi in an interview found in G-Fan Fanzine #116 (Summer 2017, p. 9-10), they felt they couldn't surpass the originals. Shown here is one of the new roars they experimented with, which combines Godzilla's Millennium-era roars with his roars from Godzilla (2014). This was included in the bonus features of a 4-disc 4K UHD Deluxe Collector's Edition for the film, originally released only in Japan in 2017 before receiving a North American release by GKIDS in 2025.

They should still use this one sometime IMO
