Sitting at the bar just a bit after noon… totally taken back by the vibes.

You walk in and you’re greeted not by a hostess, but by #books. Shelves of them. Like ideas are waiting to sit with you.

There’s #art everywhere. Rich, unapologetic #Blackrepresentation covering the walls, almost like the space is speaking before anyone does.

It’s lively. Folks are socializing young, old, Black, brown, white, the kind of diversity that doesn’t feel curated. It just IS.

They serve my mimosa and suddenly, Erykah’s “Orange Moon” floats in. I let it marinate. Everything slows down just right.

The menu is doing the most in the best way they have brunch, soul food, vegan picks, and even tea options I didn’t expect. 😋

There’s a space for everyone. The plush couches, a sexy marbled counter bar, a separate area for families or more intimate vibes. I here for all the intentional energy.
