but GANGSTA, is great anime with pretty diverse cast, one of the main characters is a half-black, half-chinese woman named, Alex. The second is Worick, whos blind in one eye. and the third is a deaf man name Nicolas.

and even outside of this theres more diverse characters.

Anyway though its mainly about Nic and Worrick working as handymen and taking jobs from different people throughout the city and Alex works as their secretary. Though I have to warn you the story does contain some pretty heavy and triggering stuff such as child abuse, maybe gore and etc.

But the main reason, I want you to consider supporting this is because I think its a lot more diverse than a lot of the anime out right now and I find the author Kohske very charming and a capable writer. She doesnt sexualize any of her child characters and she does a good job at giving us an interesting story with charming personalitys and different morals. Also when asked about whether she likes boys or girls she responded with something about it depends on how much youre paying me which was funny, and also has some implications that make me have a little more hope in her and yea as I said before Kohske has chronic autoimmune disorder which causes her to get very sick a lot of the time. Lately shes brung it to the attention of her readers and followers on twitter that shes been losing lots of money to scanalations and illegal distribution of her work which is very heart breaking to me cause i really want her to be successful.

and unlike some other posts, I’m not going to leave you off with out telling you the bad things about gangsta. So yea like most anime even ones that are considered really good it does have its down sides and the ones ive come across are the fact that Alex is a pretty sexualized character, its a very basic problem and that doesnt subtract from it but my view on this is a little bit rickety due to the fact that kohske tends to sexualize most of her characters that are of age, including male ones such as Worrick from time to time and the fact that Kohske is a woman who may or may not be attracted to other woman. Other than that I have found no other problems with GANGSTA. (though it has been a while since i last read it) So please consider supporting it, at least.

tldr: Please think about supporting GANGSTA, its an anime with a racially diverse cast, and disabled characters, that doesnt sexualize minors and may have an lgbt author who also suffers from an illness.
