i saw some opinions about spoilers of ch428 on twitter and people were freaking out and so sure that a confession is gonna take place, but now that i read the chapter i truly dont see what they are talking about, i see deku trying to reach out to one of his closest friends who is clearly struggling

i really like ochaco and her character development, a ship ending is just not it, she is her own persona and a teen who is struggling with not saving the person she wanted to help in the war, i dont think a relationship fits in this scenario

i know the possibility of a confession is never zero, but in my opinion it doesnt make sense beyond a comphet-naruto-style finale
