Second, fuck you. I donāt normally respond so irrationally to people like this, but to you I will.
My ex literally restricted my communications with people, including my best friends, because they thought I was cheating, just for them to cheat on me. Why did they do this? Because they were insecure, and this behavior is toxic.Ā Also it was toxic from the start, she was underage and he was an adult so????? Off topic, but come the fuck on. This sort of behavior is terrifying and there is not ONE COUPLE OUT THERE who is willing to back up that restrictions are part of a healthy relationship, or that it makes their relationship better, so youāre the one who needs to stop making random statements anon.
I did not care enough about this person or their relationship to stay looking into it, I had even forgotten these posts existed because I have a life outside of this blog, we stated our opinion on it, and moved on. Itās not that deep, but donāt come into our inbox with shit like this.

A lot of this is super old, so thankfully the MMDC is.....somewhat calm. It's been much worse, but for now things are peaceful. All in the spirit of the holidays I guess, and if you don't celebrate that, celebrate there isn't drama in this community atm.

Hi! Um, I know this is a drama blog but I've been asking around to get some ideas. For people who do mmd on a laptop, what type of laptop do you have? My laptop recently broke and it wasn't v good with mmd anyway. Any suggestions on what type of laptop I should get?
Honestly you don't need the most high end laptop to handle MMD, what I mostly look for is something with a great storage space and a NVIDIA graphics card, just in case you're like me and pile on effects like no tomorrow lmao. Then again, my laptop was expensive for different reasons, one being a 4K laptop with a touch screen, but again, a laptop for about $200 at Walmart was perfect for starting MMD, that was what I started with and it handled the program just fine. I usually recommend purchasing the laptop from somewhere that will let you exchange/return it if you feel that it won't work out the way you wanted to, always find a backup to your liking that can also have a good graphics card + storage. I might be going into this advice from someone who has been using MMD for years compared to a beginner so I'm sorry, but again, anything can handle MMD, just test the limits on what you can and can't do. Another thing I recommend is buying a good flash drive with a large memory for backing up your models, stages, effects, and other things. Sometimes that can really take up space/errors can happen, so backing them up is great lol. If you have anymore questions, feel free to send them in! ā¤

If you go against peopleās wishes and unlock their models/edits without direct permission to do so, you suck. No exceptions. You donāt decide the rules on content that isnāt yours. Someone wants to lock their own original model? Alright, itās theirs, theyāre allowed to do that. Someone wants to lock an edit that they made? So long as theyāre following rules set by the original modeler(s) then by all means they can. If you donāt like it, find a different model or make your own.
Seriously, if youāre so opposed to people locking their models, take a step back and think about why that is.
Are you mad that you canāt go edit the model now? Most things are locked specifically to prevent editing. Had it been unlocked, would you have gone and edited it against the userās wishes? Are you mad that theyāre ensuring you canāt break their rules as easily?
Are you mad that locked models wonāt always open in MMM? Why canāt you either switch to MMD where locked models WILL work or just use a different model? Also, for the record, locked models donāt make MMM crash violently like certain people want you to believe. They just donāt load. Hardly anybody gives a shit about MMM, so nobody cares about optimizing their models for it. Ā This is the MMDC, not the MMMC. MMD is our primary program.
So long as people are following rules, I fully support the use of the locker. I donāt condone people violating rules by using the locker, like knowingly distributing a locked illegal edit or barring edits from something that has to allow editing according to a modelerās rule. If the content is legal, go right ahead and lock it if you please. If someone has broken a rule, donāt jump down their throat immediately. Let them know first, because itās entirely possible they might not have known.
I'm somewhat confused on Lhixx's DA. They seem to be deleting their stuff? Idk if this is the right place to ask, but do you guys know why she's doing that? (Love the blog! Keep it up ļ¼ļ¼¾ļ¼æļ¼ļ¼)
