Hey everyone! We have over the course of a month and a half— had NINE people guess.

N I N E. I know all the authors are impatient to reveal, as are we for them to reveal, but this is a disservice to them considering how many of you READ THEIR FICS. It costs you NOTHING to go and participate in this challenge, aside from a few minute out of your day. I know I said I was going to post every day to try and promote this more— but I have had a ton of real life hitting me– as a fandom, I am asking that we come together and show these authors our appreciation and love and enthusiasm! Our genuine delight over the wonderous fics they have given us!

Once all the voting is closed, all the ballots will be reviewed and finalized!  All entries will be revealed AFTER all the tallies have been calculated :D Hopefully that should be sometime tomorrow evening, the 19th of June :D

Hello everyone! If you are in the ML fandom I’m sure you’ve all heard about the  ML Ultimate Guess Who Challenge. If you haven’t, head over to @mlficwritersanon and read all about it, then come back to this post later on because I’m doing something EXCITING.

If you have heard about the ML Ultimate Guess Who Challenge, then I’m assuming you also know how tragically few ballots they’ve received so far, which is a shame considering how much work the mods put into organizing the event. Because of this, I’ve decided to host a speed read, open to all members of the fandom. Yes, even the authors that participated! 

The speed read will take place on Saturday June 17th, aka the day before voting closes, and occur in two separate reading blocks. The first block stretches between 2-5 pm EST, and the second is 7-10pm EST. I’ve included a two hour break period in the middle for people to eat dinner/shower/get their irl responsibilities taken care of. 

Each block contains three separate hours and each hour is made up of seven stories, which I’ve laid out in this reading timetable. I know this might seem like alot, but most of the stories are between 500 and 5k words, and even the longest fics shouldn’t take more than 10 mins to get through. I’ve included fics both short and long for each hour, which should still leave us a few minutes between each fic to discuss reactions!
