Hope you're doing great <33 I just caught up on the first four episodes of maws s3 (the site I found them on didn't have ep 5 yet *laughs* so yeah--) and as promised, I'm flooding your askbox :]] Stars, where do I even begin-- this will probably get long. long-long, I mean...

The season has been a lot of fun, and I think this was the fastest one so far? Like, I'm not complaining because if episodes 1-4 were this fast, that means things are going to get just even more exciting (I'm scared haha) but also I wish that we had like, 12 episodes this season so that things could breathe a bit more (and we'd have even MORE of the show lol).

And then the characters-- oh my stars. the characters. Clark is just perfectly adorable, as always, and I just can't get enough of seeing him being kind (and that scene with Silver Banshee where he keeps asking her to hand over the stolen tech was just perfection, I laughed so much!!) Also Krypto-- please, please let him show up soon aaa!!!

Then there's Lois, who's just as Lois as ever-- (oh also I really want to see more of her dad too-- maybe him warming up to Clark or accidentally being dragged to the team. I could imagine him somehow ending up in the People In The Know, especially looking at ep5's title... man. I'm so scared and thrilled. the episode title. stars.) At first I was a bit worried that they're going to drag out her whole fear of the future conflict, but I'm glad that she already recognized it and that she and Clark could talk (aaand then everything went to chaos as usual heheheh)

And then there's Kara-- she's probably my favorite this season. I just love everything about her. And the fact that she and Jimmy are now fighting over dates, I'm just wheezing. I really love the two together but stars, I'm enjoying the chaos so much too. And boy, Jimmy-- he's getting the craziest side-stories with absolute comic-book craziness and I'm enjoying it far too much. Though I hope he'll get a more serious/important role in the later episodes.

(Jon. Jon. Aaaaa. I love him. I love hims so much, and the intro sequence Jon fading away-- aaaa. I need him to be safe. But also I'm afraid this will end up with him changing the future and then this version of him disappearing and I'm just terrified...) I'm not much of a comic nerd, so I basically have no idea where this story arc is going to go lol, but Hank's character has been stellar so far. (Plus I can't stop wheezing at Lex and Slade hating each other's guts and also being coworkers-- I could watch an entire season of them just yelling at each other over another failed Evil Masterplan and would still not get bored.) Then Jessica Cruz appearing-- I already lo, ae her and can't wait for her show! and Bizarro-- (is that Bizarro? I'm going to call him Bizarro nevertheless) he needs and deserves all the hugs. I think I'm even more scared for him than Jon and that says something

Oh and that lady with the whips (I'm not sure what her name was), I think she's one of my favorites now. She's just so funny, and the whole "you're doing this for free" (really, all of her and Clark's interactions) had me wheezing. She's just another smaller threat but they gave her a personality and I just need to see more of her. (And the whole "there's basically Kryptonite everywhere now" thing. I just can't. This has Smallville vibes all over it and I love it so much.)

And right now that's pretty much all my thoughts for now-- hope it's not too much, I know I talk a lot <3 -- but also, what do you think about the season so far? I'd love to hear your theories too!! (And I'll have to try and check if ep5 is up in the meantime lol)

Anyway!! I'm so glad that you enjoyed the four episodes, they were FIRE!! I'm telling you!!

So some points i want to discuss.

Jon was sort of avoiding Kara in the fourth episode. Like when they were at the music store and Jon slides under Kara's headphones to grab another pair... and when Kara wanted to play catch, he made an excuse to help Lois with her story.

Cyborg Superman (Hank Henshaw) being the reason for the apocalypse is CRAZY!!

I feel like Lex will become redeemed... idk how but in the third episode at the very end, we see him helping Superboy. And plus him being bald. BALD LEX IS BACK!!

I JUST LOVE CLARK AND LOIS!! THEY'RE SOO CUTE TOGETHER!! Love love LOVE!!

JIMMY!! OH MY GOSH!! JIMMMMMY!! He just became one of my least favs, he was my fav from season 1!! Now he's just out there, dating female scientists that want to turn him into whatever they flipping want!! IT MADE ME SO MAD!! HE FUMBLED WITH KARA SO BAD!!

Those are my thoughts!! And I'm so glad that you enjoyed in as much as me!!

And I do agree with you that the episodes are fast to an extent, but in my opinion, the episodes were fine. I feel like they had to push all the wholesomeness in four episodes before they start the dark gritty side of the show!!
