The top pic is a screenshot of a wrestling promo from wrestling company Impact Wrestling (then known as TNA, Impact was just the name of this specific show they put on) being delivered by Scott Steiner (the guy on the left). The promo in question is often referred to as Steiner Math because Steiner is...attempting to use math in an attempt to disparage his opponents in a way that is comparably nonsensical to the PEAK developers.

I'd highly recommend watching the video because half the comedy comes from Steiner's incredibly over the top delivery, but for those that can't or don't want to, enjoy this transcript that preserves all of his mathematical and grammatical errors.
