tremors from the earth pass below our bodies

the moon widens

the night

feels less

lonely

with a moon

as bright

as the sun

the air

may be crisp

and quiet

but the glow

is a reason

to smile

mesmerized by her collar of shadows

tied to change

and modern fashion

we try to decide

meeting up for a little dabbling

there was more magic

do you ever find yourself

wondering

where this all came from…

how the world doesn't make sense…

but we go about without asking questions

and drawn deeper in the an Imaginative reflection

walking across wet land

the sky and sea

both fade

the truth of their character

collected in pools

testing the axiom an apple doesn't fall far from a tree

they asked the market worker to decide between them

in the midst of this sea of movement

she brushes past with a crossing glance

and every fiber of my body

greeting the day with open arms

I understand how these Palms feel blessed

as dark as the night may get

it can't seem to eclipse

the beauty

that awaits for each of us

to know the ghost

pf passions past

is to know an intimate fear

that panic of doubt

you could lose what you have

and the test

sunsets may be fleeting

but give me dawn for days

allowing my senses to fully appreciate

every sight and every taste

like the crisp pillowy texture of a flaky butter-croissant

softened

by the sun

heart's warmth

these feelings

are more precious
