i never thought i’d have the courage to post this! in the middle was my weight around 3-4 months ago and the side pics are the most current. i’ve lost over 18 lbs in around a month and a half - the healthy way! being physically and emotionally abused for 6 years put so much toxic shit in my head and made me believe it was all true. i ate my feelings and sunk into a huge depression. now that the influence is gone, i’m on the way back to being me! i feel great and i’m not even done yet! this is just another accomplishment and achievement i’ve done without him. it’s so true that you glow differently when you are truly happy and i feel that shit. so many of my friends called us #goals and the perfect couple with very few knowing what was going on behind closed doors. i will care for him as the father of my girls but the toxic influence he had over me is done!
