I am currently living in a house that I am purchasing with my niece, but unfortunately since we’ve moved in, there’s been problem after problem. Well, when it was summer, there wasn’t much of a problem with the house because wr had fans and window units. However, we have finally been able to afford getting the house inspected and there’s a lot more problems with the house than we anticipated.

We didn’t go in blind, we knew there were issues and we had money saved to take care of it.

Well, now we’re scraping the bottom of the barrel. We’ve ran out of savings and we’re struggling. Our water heater is rusting out of the bottom, leaking water, our pipes have crumbled, our heater needs work, and on top of all that the family vehicle won’t even start, making it difficult to get to and from work. We both work full time jobs, and I even get overtime, but we need a little extra help.
