DBT Made Simple (by Sheri Van Dijk, MSW) - Mainly made for therapists, walks through what DBT is and a ton of skill ideas! Could be a great place to start for anyone struggling with emotional regulation!
The Neurodivergent Friendly Workbook of DBT Skills (by Sony Jane Wise) - My Beloved! This is a very accessible workbook aimed towards folks who are neurodivergent (catered more to those with Autism and ADHD). It's a great resource if more traditional DBT approaches have felt too difficult or harsh.
The Dialectical Behavior Therapy Skills Workbook (by Mathew McKay PhD, Jeffrey C Wood PsyD, and Jeffrey Brantley MD) - If you're looking for all the DBT skills one could wish for, here they are!
DBT Skills Training Manual (by Marsha Linehan) - literally every single DBT hand out. By the greatest of all time, herself Marsha Linehan (developer of DBT).
Dialectical Behavior Therapy (.com) - Has free courses that walk you through DBT as a practice with handouts and community discussions!
DBT Tools - Catalogue of a bunch of DBT skills that walk you through them step by step when you need them!
