I don’t know how to use this version of tumblr

Level progression is opening back up at work in April (it was frozen last March) and I had a one-on-one with my boss Thursday and I’m getting leveled up so my title will become “Engineer 2 Operations - ATS Aircraft Turbine Systems”. Pithy!

But yeah, I won’t be a baby engineer anymore! Instead I’ll be a surly teenage engineer.

But seriously, the last three people (men) in my role have been Senior level and I’ve been holding down the fort all by myself and taking more responsibility and doing a damn good job, so it’s only fair.

Work really is a lot. Production has been ramping back up and we’re bringing back a lot of the operators that were laid off. However, in Air Valve (my department), a year ago we had 8 ops engineers, and now there are only 3 of us.

BEC Coworker is the actual worst and, we recently discovered, a registered sex offender! But he recently moved to another department so at least I no longer have to deal with him.

Grad school is hard.

I really like my regression analysis class but it’s a lot of work and I’ve had to learn R.

Aubrey continues to be the best. She recently begun saying “Pizza” and it’s adorable.

I bought a pair of flare jeans but idk about them. I love skinnies.
