Attention Everyone (REMINDER)

"You know as well as I that if I had gone back to Egypt completely it would have been to die…And I might not have been able to be here now with you after the final duel." She looked at him, eyebrows knitting together in concern as she ran her fingers through his hair.

He chuckled, “What? No no.. I would had alter your past if I could have. If it meant knowing what I knew..I could have stopped Zorc before he took your life and let you live in Egypt all of those years in peace with ruling and having everything at your disposal..?” he wasn’t sure if he was making sense anymore.

"Perhaps...But at the time it was the only thing I could do. It was the only weapon we had left to end the darkness." Her smile was soft. "I did so willingly, knowing I could save my people. Though, I do sometimes miss having the means to pamper you completely." 

"Yes it is," she smiled and chuckled before leaning in to kiss him again. "You know that you are all I have too, right? You and Naimah are my family, my world. My heart that beats in my chest is for you and her and no one else." Her finger traced the line of his cheekbone, then his nose and around his eye to brush his bangs from his face, her smile growing.

He rub her arms gently, “Sometimes I think while you may be happy sometimes I can’t help but feel guilty… and while your life in Egypt wasn’t fully… I could had still help you alter your past and let you live in where you belong.” He sighed a bit.

"You know as well as I that if I had gone back to Egypt completely it would have been to die...And I might not have been able to be here now with you after the final duel." She looked at him, eyebrows knitting together in concern as she ran her fingers through his hair.

"Oh ha ha," but she grinned. "I told you I was adventurous! I couldn’t help it, I wanted to see new things." Resting her head on the pillow, she traced patterns on his chest. "That could very well be, because she’s so young and no longer connected to my emotions, or not as much so. Since she reacted whenever I was scared." 

"Adventurous? Is that what we are calling it now?" he raise eyebrow at her before he lean down to be laying face to face with her.  "Your emotions…. hmm.." that explain a few things but even after they were having their big fight… did she react towards it? Does their daughter hate him without knowing him yet?

"Yes it is," she smiled and chuckled before leaning in to kiss him again. "You know that you are all I have too, right? You and Naimah are my family, my world. My heart that beats in my chest is for you and her and no one else." Her finger traced the line of his cheekbone, then his nose and around his eye to brush his bangs from his face, her smile growing.

Mission Musefish: Complete

"Oh I wasn’t that wild." Though she smiled. "At least here there are no palace walls to sneak over." However she knew she and Yuugi would be keeping a careful eye on her no matter what. "Unfortunately…Those are questions we can only wait and see the answers. So far they seem to be dormant, since she hasn’t done anything."

"Ah aha… you admit that you did try to sneak off the palace walls or actually did. See I was the better kid! I never left my house!" he laughed lightly winning this battle for now before he turn more serious. "….Perhaps they are only dormant due to the fact she is just so small… and needs time to develop more power outside the wound? She was inside your body so maybe she borrow your powers?" he shrug a bit.

"Oh ha ha," but she grinned. "I told you I was adventurous! I couldn't help it, I wanted to see new things." Resting her head on the pillow, she traced patterns on his chest. "That could very well be, because she's so young and no longer connected to my emotions, or not as much so. Since she reacted whenever I was scared." 

Wrapping her arms around his neck she pulled him in for a kiss and smiled. “So excited~. This means I can get back to jogging and everything too. No more ice and snow making me stay inside. Though…I did like the winter time cuddles a lot.” Grinning she scooted back to lay down and waited for him to join her.

He kissed her back gently before he watch her walk away from him and looking to settle in their bed. What was she up to?

"Oh I wasn't that wild." Though she smiled. "At least here there are no palace walls to sneak over." However she knew she and Yuugi would be keeping a careful eye on her no matter what. "Unfortunately...Those are questions we can only wait and see the answers. So far they seem to be dormant, since she hasn't done anything."

"Didn’t fuss? Good girl," Atem smiled as she pulled on her nightgown. Six weeks after Naimah’s birth she had been healing and slowly working on toning herself down again. She was silently glad she could start fitting into her regular clothes before she had gotten pregnant. Turning to Yuugi she went over to him and wrapped her arms around him, hands spanning his chest.

Yuugi watched her and settle to stand there allowing her to do as she wished. “Hmm? Yeah, I see you are getting ready for bed..” he chuckled wrapping his arms around her waist and looking at her. “I can image you must be pretty excited, with winter gone and Naimah born you can pretty much dress whatever seem fit for you.” he kiss her nose.

He was on duty again tonight to putting Naimah back in her crib and watching her as she slept quietly. Her breathing was soft.. and he can see she was deep asleep. Smiling and happy that she will be sleeping the night again, he quietly made his way out of the room but not before leaning down to kiss her hair and then turning the lights off.

"Hello dear, how is the little one doing? How are you handling things?" he asks her.

"I am glad to hear you are sleeping, for now she will mostly sleep during the day and night… hopefully she will be a good baby and keep her pattern…" he knew some that did not like sleeping at night time.

Yuugi gasped, “I am hurt, I was a good kid. Grandpa made sure I didn’t get too much trouble since he knew that kids tended to try to pick on me.” for being smaller than them and for having such odd hair style. “I bet you beat me when it comes to trouble, I should ask your dad about that.” he would too.

"Sure I like to hear about your childhood…" actually he didn’t know anything from Atem period beside a certain time of her life… even before when they were still young… Atem didn’t remember too clearly even after getting his memories back. "Like to see new things eh? Why does that sound like so much trouble..? Did you involve anyone else in your little schemes?" he smirked.

She held her baby in her arms as she smiled at all those around her. “Thank you all for following me and bearing with me while I was away. I just wanted to say hello and welcome to all of you and hope you all know you can stop by to say hi and chat any time.” 

"Hello dear, how is the little one doing? How are you handling things?" he asks her.
