It’s so funny how eventually in your spiritual journey of trauma and death and rebirth and shadow work and uncomfortable growth and bravery and self love and philosophizing and ego death and all of that, you eventually just come to realize that the whole point, or the end goal, is to live.
Like, be fully present in this physical existence. You don’t know the answers, oh well. Enjoy the sensory pleasures, make great memories, have an amazing time. That’s literally it. Be in love with something or someone. Manifest everything you’ve ever wanted and have fun lol. Do literally whatever you want
Like God really does eventually want you to stop learning and start living again. It’s a long road to get there, but that’s where you end up. And suddenly everything you desire is just there for the taking. Nothing is a big struggle anymore. The hard parts over. You’re just integrating everything seamlessly at this point. You finally get to be human instead of perfect
Also I got so high the other day that I finally understood what it means to witness an emotion instead of drowning in it. I felt fear but was able to like, step out of it, like a pair of pants. And just set it aside. Yeah it was still there but it wasn’t ME. It was an experience separate from myself. And it was so funny bc suddenly fear didn’t matter at all anymore. I was like dying inside bc the whole “the only thing to fear is fear itself” is so true. Fear itself is a useless emotion past the point of like, keeping you safe/aware. Beyond that though, it’s JUST an emotion. You can let it go. Like, what is actually behind fear? Nothing. It’s just there on it’s own. It doesn’t even matter unless you choose to embody it. So weird. Otherwise it’s okay to just be scared idk. Like stop fighting it. Say to yourself, I’m afraid and that’s fine. It’s okay. And feel it. Don’t fight feeling it. Don’t think your way out of it. Don’t numb it or distract from it. It’s just a feeling; it’s not going to hurt you. But it’s not actually YOU. It’s just THERE. It’s so hard to put into words.
