love is when someone makes you hot chocolate with chili flakes and orange zest and they plop a big marshmallow in your cup right after they give it to you

even those we have lost are still with us when we need them

not everything that feels safe is good for you, not everything you’re afraid of is bad

you can love someone with all your heart and it still won’t be a healthy love

we must care, and we must do so gently

you must learn to spend time with yourself 

healing ourselves gives others inspiration to find healing
