Etretat, France. August 2021 

Recently, We came back from a trip to France. We spent three weeks in different places like Normandy, Marseille, Reims, and Paris. We also drove for a few days to Amsterdam with a one-day stop in Brussels.

These photographs are from Etretat, France. We visited this Northern French little town mainly to visit the famous "Les Jardins d' Etretat" but being honest the entire town was impressive and beautiful as the gardens. Breathtaking place.

Our trip was smoother than we thought. Obviously, with all the Covid restrictions in place, we were a little worried and hesitant to take this trip. In the end, everything went perfectly as we planned it and with no delays or bumps along the way.

On our way to France, we were required to show an Antigen negative test when boarding the plane. Landing in Paris, the immigration officer didn't ask anything, just took our passports, stamped them, and sent us our way.

During our stay in France, we took three antigen tests (All of them came out as negative, of course) French government implemented this measure to attend indoor events, dining in, attending museums, etc.

Coming back to Canada we were required to present a negative PCR test. Landing in Canada was a little more challenging, Canada is more strict than France when landing from abroad. In the end, we just proved that all of us were healthy and happy of course! complied with all the requirements of traveling, and the best part was that we were exempted from quarantining.

The trip was terrific, inspiring as always, and smoother than what we planned. Of course, spending the extra buck and time with all the tests can feel overwhelming but it wasn't that hard or annoying as it seems.

In fact, we are already planning our next get away!
