I have to give a lot of appreciation for the villains in the new magical girl series Secret X Heroine Phantomirage.  

Who indeed?  

These are the  Gyakugyaku-Police (逆逆警察) a.k.a. The Opposite Police who come from the Upside-Down World to cause chaos.  How do they do that?

These wicked scofflaw enforcement agents infuse the hearts of good people with wicked Gyaku jewels and turn them into Ikenaiers!  

But who are the members of the opposite Police?

He is the brawn of the operation, preferring decisive action over careful planning.

His partner is

She is debateably the smarter of the two and more prone to planning, though her plans are… questionable at best.

However…

Well, she hasn’t been formally introduced as of episode 1 but that lovely Lady… 

Is the leader of the Opposite Police, Chief Gyanne.
