Inexperienced!Spencer Reid x fem!reader

Inexperienced!Spencer with a first ever girlfriend- no, it isn't a situation ship or 'casual' dating but an actual girlfriend (aka reader). Girlfriend!reader who is just so supportive and slow with him, it doesn't matter if he rambles about god knows what or the function of chemical science in biological weapons. He just enjoys banter especially a subject that he is interested in(which is almost everything)

Inexperienced!Spencer trying his very best to what he thinks a good boyfriend would be, but it also came with a cost since he became more and more self conscious. He wasn't socially inept sure, but he is good at reading people since its his literal job. but he knew his flaws better than the people that know him- he stopped a lot of things, his rambles, info dumping but it also meant stripping apart of him for you(because in his mind you wanted a normal partner which was he far from being, which hits home when it's so routed into his insecurities too)

Inexperienced!Spencer however he could- help. Even if it sometimes leading to him doing something that looks a little stupid, like that one time you and him went on an aquarium date he explained every sea creature and fun facts(totally not because he studied it all night because he was over thinking if you might ask one question, even if it was just ONE)

He is more likely to grin so widely and be giddy if you said that you actually enjoyed your time with him, before just giving an innocent peck on the cheek. He will be thinking about it for DAYS I mean.

Inexperienced!Spencer who finds anything and every reason in the world just to spend time with you, since he sometimes gets a bit scared since his line of work makes him have to long distance even if you don't mind it. He would sometimes stare at you when you look the most peaceful, which isn't in a creepy way but how even if he is a bit stressed watching you do monotony is rather relaxing.
