Good morning ! I’ve finally got it that I don’t have to look put together to go get a mornin coffee. Hoodie over bed head and track pants because I cannot have another bed ridden day

In the last three days I have had one miso soup, a protein bar, like 5% of a portion of pasta from work, a cheese toastie, 1/3 of a brownie

I had another concert and the next day I couldn’t eat and threw up and then had a fever at night and then the next day I had to go to work and I threw up a bit more. and today I was ok at work but I just threw up again and can’t eat

I can feel I’m losing myself in real time

A lot of my friends have stopped seeing me even after ive initiated

Ive gotten super muscly arms from work and my bf asked if i wanna go to the gym with him and if i got abs hed be lowkey turned off. Now i feel like hes already turned off because hes pointed out how ive got gains on my arms so many times and idk if its true and ibe been bringing up a million thjngs that bother me

I can see thru life with my intuition like so clearly question how valid it is and i have too much patience and empathy and it leaves me so drained.
