like, my general thoughts on ocs? love em! i love learning about other people's ocs and making my own

in fnaf specifically? i think they're super cool. if you want to make your own animatronic, go for it! (also tag me i love seeing people's ocs) i think fnaf has this unique set up where you could theoretically make a cool oc that fits into the world, but the problem is fitting them into the lore.

the current lore (excluding sb) is so tight knit i feel, that slotting an oc in would be. very difficult. which is why fangames are so popular! its much easier to just create a group of ocs and make lore for them while following the fnaf universe's set of lore rules

Gonna put a lil headcanon I have and say I like to think Vanessa likes to make cupcakes and ends up making some with Freddy and Gregory, some turned out to be with their faces and other characters as a fun little treat!

my interpretation of it, in most aus is:

vanessa sees freddy as a good role model. she really appreciates his honesty, and she thinks its kinda charming. she thinks of him as a good listener too, since i feel like she's probably ranted to him about stuff thats bugging her on her night shifts while he listens.

freddy likes having vanessa around, and although he thinks her attitude sometimes isn't the best for kids (she sometimes drops swear words on her shifts), he thinks she's pretty sweet. freddy kinda likes the fact she's sassy, but in a different way from roxanne (who can just be straight up mean). he maybe enjoys the banter sometimes, even if some of the references she makes goes over his head

i think, their relationship is started by both of them wanting to protect gregory, meaning they'll have to work together and get to know eachother better then they've ever had to before. they respect eachother and like being around eachother

I think they’re adorable!! roxy and chica are def a power couple. They terrorize the pizzaplex with their love hehe.

That leads into the idea that vanessa = vanny, which is basically canon at this point. since vanny is basically confirmed to be the player in help wanted & all. i think it definitely couldve been an interesting way to take the characters, its just. there's no substance there past that
