became randomly passionate about fermented foods so far i got: sourdough starter, milk kefir grains, water kefir grains and soon ill be pickling vegetables. First soda was from a homemade ginger bug, which i scrapped due to excessive kahm yeast π it was yummy though. Most people have not been super excited about this when i share but once i learned that no one can recreate kefir grains in a lab and its been said theyβre a gift from a god above i felt the need to keep my own batch alive. crazy how theyβve been around for thousands of years because someone since their inception, has been tending to them and sharing them with others. amazing
