Opening up to poeple and feeling really great at the time, but left wondering if you said too much.

I search for the best in everything. The best in myself, my work, my relashionships. This is huge source of anxiety for me because I set such high standards for myself and the people around me. Most of which I’m unable to reach, but for some reason I never stop trying or looking .

I live in my mind. Any day I have free will be spend in my inner world. Even when I try to be productive, I end up right back in my thoughts. It feels like I’m wasting my time because I’m not living in reality, but I can’t help it.

The second you stop caring about your social status, the moment you start living. You’ll never be happy if you’re constantly looking for others approval. I made that mistake, I learnt from it. Be you, not what everyone else wants you to be.

I often get really upset at the amount of poeple in this world that cannot think for themselves. I get angry because too many people follow trends and opinions solely based on hearing it from others. They form strong opinions based on 0 evidence and still fight for them. It’s toxic to our environment and our future.

I’ve always been really responsible. As a kid, I was often more responsible than some of the adults in my life. I’m still undecided whether it’s a blessing or a curse. It’s kept me away from harm but has given me the worst anxiety. I think of all the bad things that could happen when something goes wrong and I panic. I see the possible harm in almost every scenario. And because I’m so empathetic, when someone else gets themselves into trouble I panic for them. It’s a vicious cycle.

Don’t get angry at someone else’s opinions. Try to understand why they think the way they do. Everyone has lived a different life that has influenced the person they are and formed the opinions they believe in. Even if they are wrong, you have a better chance of getting to them by listening, understanding where they come from and then sharing your input. Give poeple a chance to explain themselves. If you listen and then speak they might actually see where you’re coming from. Be the person who allows people to see things from a different perspective without forcing your opinions onto them.

The INFJ personality type doesn't define me. I use it as a guide to express the baseline of my personality. It's a way for me to give you a head start into something I can't explain.

There’s nothing more relaxing that having nothing to do. No one to see, no one to talk to, no email/text to reply to, no cleaning to do… Nothing. Just peace and quiet, all by myself.

One of the things I hate most in this world is seeing the amount of children that grow up with bad parents. I will never understand how you can have children and push them aside for your own needs. Don’t have kids if you’re not ready to give 100% of your time to them. Poeple don’t realize the influence that their mistakes has on their kids, the struggle they will have to deal with as they grow up, the anxiety, the depression, PTSD etc. There is no excuse. If you can’t raise kids without dedicating your life to them, don’t.
