“Hey, um... could you come here?” Her voice can be heard from behind a large assembly of conduits and computing systems, and Iris’ head peeks out from a place it shouldn’t be able to fit through. She smiled sheepishly, looking to her rescuer with slight embarrassment.

26. Who is the most important person in their life? Why? Who is the least important to them (that still has an impact and why?)

Her mother is, by far, the most important person in her life -- Iris realized her love for engineering and science because of her mother. After her father’s death, her mother was her only living biological parent; they became very close and her mom was the person who convinced Iris to pursue her career in Starfleet. 

I’m not sure there’s someone who’s the least important who’s still impactful? But someone else who’s incredibly important is Tabor, Iris’ mentor from the Academy. He helped her find emotional control when she was overwhelmed and acting out -- she never lost the attitude, but because of Tabor, Iris was able to calm down and be less of a spitfire. 

28. What kind of nervous habits do they have? Do they stim? Do they have any kinds of addictions?

I’m not sure this counts as a stim (I think it is?) but Iris is a nail-biter, especially when she’s anxious. She also fidgets with the sleeves of her uniform -- she holds onto the sleeves, tucks her hands in, and traces the seams. on the inside and outside. Iris does it a lot, it helps keep herself a bit more focused. 

30. Do they want to get married? Why or why not? Would they ever want kids? Do they have kids? Why?

1. What kind of things is your OC allergic to?

Iris hasn’t found much of anything she’s allergic to -- when she tried peanuts for the first time on Earth, they made her tongue tingly but she ignored it. Whatever the 23rd century equivalent of iodine is, gives her hives. So when she’s in sickbay, the CMO has to look out for that

18. What are your OC’s greatest fears? Weaknesses? Strengths?

Fears: Not being good enough, the dark, being exploited/ her abilities being used as a weapon. Weaknesses: She wears her heart on her sleeve, she’s physically (sans telekinetics) not super strong, she’s a worrier and can get lost in her thoughts. Strengths: Iris strives to do good always, her morals are unwavering, she has a big heart (even if she hides it behind her pouty face).
