i still adore sam n dean don't worry !! i just no longer want to explore a sexual/romantic relationship between them n dont really see them ever getting to that point in fanon. the last couple fics i read i rolled my eyes when they started kissing sorry😭😭😭 like dean wants to utterly consume sam and theyre fucking insane and they invented a new way to love that's just them and its not romantic its something else we don't yet have a word for in the english language and i'm extremely compelled by this but i just don't wanna attach the word ship to it bc it feels like it doesn't 100% accurately describe how i feel, i'd rather just continue talking abt them without labels or feeling boxed in about how i feel about them and without people thinking i think they'd fuck

like it's a classic horror trope w how they were raised and having a fucked up childhood and dean being twisted into a mother-father-brother figure he never let go of and it's horrible and gross and compelling and i love it and it makes me sick to my stomach and i don't think they'd kiss but holy shit do i want them to figure it out together. like with idk. sam and mary or whoever i obviously don't ship but i'm compelled by their dynamic and how that fits into the narrative, it feels the same here
