to give persona 5 some credit i think it felt really nice to be a kid with abusive parents play a game that explicitly is about the ways in which adults will abuse and dismiss children and teenagers and not seen them as people and not expect them to be able to stand up for themselves . the way its executed is not really that amazing especially toward the later half of the game- but i do still appreciate that aspect at least in its simplest form
