Contributors will be chosen through a combination of factors, and beginner/intermediate artists are welcome! What matters most in your portfolio pieces is creativity, consistency, and effort.

Yes, if you want to genderbend characters in your piece, that's ok!

Snippets are fine, just make sure they are 1000-3000 words in length.

As long as you can keep up with the check-in dates and do some very basic communication with staff, anyone can apply! Using machine translation (Google Translate, Reverso, etc) is also fine if needed.

Works you're submitting as examples to the contributor application should be anywhere from 1000-3000 words, as that's also the rough estimate of what you'll be aiming for in your final piece!
