Yesterday was one of those awesome moments in time where my business life and personal life met in such an incredibly beautiful way. I was hired to teach a fun dance lesson for a woman with whom I attended @pomfretschool and @georgetownuniversity . Our kids even attend the same class. So celebrating her birthday was wonderful enough. But to my surprise, I was also to reconnect with another Pomfret alum who I haven't seen in decades. This dynamic woman was a leader in my eyes even at the age of 17, when I met her. She was our school President, and both of them inspired me to play field hockey and take my love for dance to the next level. Wow, what a time and what a great opportunity it was to show my thanks in the form of hugs, laughter and dance. I love these women. #mifitness #milife #reunited
