This footage is of JW only, filmed for my own private viewing pleasure haha.

He was a complicated guy, smart, funny, creative, compassionate. He also had demons he tried hard to shake. He loved his family, friends, music and art.

He suffered with intense physical pain, but he would give you the shirt off his back if you asked for it.

James put his heart and soul into his music, which I am trying to figure out how to share legally. I thought he should have published the songs long ago, but he had doubts. There were always post production revisions he would obsess over - deeper bass lines, richer piano notes, more vocal layers.

Anyway - on the 10th anniversary of his death, here is 8 minutes of me standing side stage, trying not to get in anyone's way, capturing the man I loved, doing what he absolutely loved.
