It’s being attracted to all genders! It can have overlap with some bi people, depending on what the bi person’s personal view on what their bisexuality means, but it is its own identity. Some pan people are “gender blind” (gender not being a factor in how they date at all), but pan people can have preferences, just like bisexuals can.
