So this is long overdue, but I finally got a physical copy of the Dawn of the Future novel and alongside feeling sad at the potential of content they had planned that atleast got put in this novel, I’ve seen this art before…but not the text with it.

I wasn’t entirely back with the FFXV fandom by the time this came out, but has the discussion over the names of Noctis and Luna’s children been out there since they intentionally left it open for fans to decide? Really curious!

I hope it’s the right choice I’ve seen a little bit of discussion over kids' names some idea not that much for the boy but for the girl, the most popular picks are Stella referencing two of course Versus FFXIII the OG FFXV, and then Dawn/ Aurora suggested by Ray Chase!

Sadly for the boy, I haven’t seen agreement for his name yet but I’ll list a few that I saw:

Noctis jr

Sora

Regis (This is what I call him, I also call him Reggie sometimes)

- Rex (I haven’t seen this one but I'll put it out there!)

I actually didn’t know Ray Chase himself threw in some ideas, so that’s pretty cool to know 😭 both suggestions he thew in are great too. I didn’t even think of Stella as an option either which is a nice versus nod, so that’s fun!

Noctis Jr and Rex both crack me up but hilariously I could see either one! Regis is just heartwarming with how much Noctis admired his dad… 🥲

I’ve been on the grind playing FFXV Comrades lately in the big 2025 and I got to the point where I could challenge all three boys at the same time for a little bonus trinket

But during this whole fight, Prompto just….loves to petrify the glaive anytime he can just so he can run up and just

The funniest part about this btw is that him petrifying you actually makes you invulnerable until it wears off and at most its annoying unless the other boys catch you off guard
