i've noticed a lot of discussion in this community about violet's preferred clothes style

my take: she doesn't care. i think she'd just prefer to look "cool" but comfortable

so i drew her in different clothes <3

shes so miserable and i love to play out very angst stories in my head about her equally miserable childhood

i just think her behavior as a child is quite idk , interesting, or smth. how her environment influenced her, how withdrawn she was with others, and simply that all she learned during her childhood was violence and apathy

i will NEVER fall for the propaganda that her backstory is boring and she's just another cliched edgy character. i love her with all my heart and I relate to her so bad

..id been thinking for ages about finally giving her a redesign (shes already gorgeous in canon but i wanted to add some fun little details to give her more swag lol) and i finally got to it!!! 😛

also drew her as a kid and as an adult, but ive got so many time-skip ideas for her I just can’t stop at one design...drew her with that burn scar too it looks cool and kinda badass yk she could be like “i got it kicking some bear's ass” when the truth is she was just hanging out on a boat with her crazy ex 🥹
