In honest truth, I personally do not understand why Robby is often characterised as feeling guilty for his attraction to Dennis—particularly when it is framed as an issue surrounding workplace boundaries and power dynamics. He had a sexual relationship with Heather Collis, who worked beneath him and very well could have been his student during their relationship.
