The best things in life are not things.

1. The scariest place to be is the same place as last year. Grow.

2. Growth isn’t always constant. relapses happen. it doesn’t erase all your success.

3. It's okay if takes a little longer than you thought.

4. Work on mastering your mind. Don’t allow for it to play tricks on you. 

5. Take calculated risks. Nothing can substitute experience. 

6. Your time isn't wasted if you used it for rest or recovery time. 

7. Any moments of happiness or comfort, any small accomplishments, they all matter. 

8. Some of your hardest battles, you will fight alone. 

9. Simply surviving is something to be proud of. 

10. Some people will only hear what they want to hear and believe what they want to believe. Let them. As long as you have the right intentions, you will flourish. 

11. Have patience with all things but first of all-- with yourself.

12. Not all wounds gush blood. 

13. Find your way to accept the pain, grieve, and let it be in the past where it belongs. 

14. Learn how to say "no" and learn how to close some doors. 

15. Don’t overthink the future. Focus on now. 

16. Don't tell people your plans. Show them your results.

17. Try, as much as possible to be wholly alive with all your might.

18. Work hard to reach your purpose in life, but don’t force yourself to do something that just isn’t for you. Just because the world will see it as ‘successful’ does not mean it’s the right quest for you. 

19. It’s both a blessing and a curse to feel everything so very deeply.

20. Forgiveness is essential. Doesn't mean it's easy. 

21. You are always responsible for how you act, no matter how you feel. 

22. Our greatest glory does not consist of never falling, but in rising every time we fall.

23. Love is work, a relationship is not effortless, and maturity will make you understand that with the right person it’s worth it. 

24. Prioritize your sleep, nutrition and daily habits.

25. Some mysteries aren't to be solved. They are to be lived. 

26. Life is an echo. What you send out, comes back. It always gets back to you. So give goodness.

27. The older you get, the more you choose calm over chaos and distance over disrespect.

28. Be honest about what you want, what you need and what you feel. 

29. You attract the right things when you have a sense of who you really are. 

I keep coming back here no matter what. Don’t know why. This platform is different from all others because I don’t know anyone here. Yet-- I feel like I know everyone. Haha. Weird but that’s just me. 

Anyway, life happened the past three years. I met someone, I fell inlove, got engaged, got married and now I’m having my first child. What a rollercoaster!
