My mom has cancer.
She went to the hospital the other day because she hasn’t been feeling well. Yesterday, she called me and let me know she has colon cancer.
This is literally one of my worst fears come true.
My brain feels fuzzy. I can’t concentrate. I’m so sad. Luckily, my mom has been in decent spirits and said she’s tough and she’s gonna beat this.
She’ll have surgery next week to remove the polyps and then they’ll be able to determine what the next steps will be.
Please pray for/send positive vibes to my mom. She means so much to me and she’s so important to me. I have no relationship with my dad. It’s been just me and her since I was little.
This fucking sucks.
