Diaper changes have many important roles in the ab/dl lifestyle and relationship. These are just a few of them that make diaper changes and diapers in this type of relationship so special.
1.) Trust - Diaper changes are one of the most ultimate ways to display trust between each other. Especially for the baby girl to allow her Daddy to take care of her in such a private way, which shows that she trusts her Daddy or Mommy completely to take care of her in the most private delicate area. While also helping her gain more trust for her Daddy or Mommy after each diaper change once she sees how respectful, and gentle he/she was. It also helps the Daddy or Mommy have more trust for their little one, by knowing that she is giving so much trust to him it lets him know that he can trust her too. After each diaper change it builds more and more trust between each other.
2.) Regressing - Diaper changes are something that can make a little feel incredibly little and innocent. It can truly put a little one in a very deep little state of mind. By her her Daddy changing her, cleaning her, and keeping her skin healthy with powders and creams, it can also make her feel so dependent on her Daddy at that moment in time. Which will in turn then make her feel even more little. With the common rule that most ab/dl couples have for the little one not being able to change themselves, it represents the little one becomes solely dependent on their Daddy or Mommy to change their diaper. Dependency is powerful symbol of not only being little but of once again giving trust to sometimes become dependent on their Daddy or Mommy.
3.) Responsibility - For a Daddy or Mommy to be the only one that can change their little one’s diaper is a huge responsibility. They have to not only change their little one, but be responsible to remember to check their little one’s diaper on a regular basis, at least every 2-3 hours. To ensure their little one does not wet so much that their diaper leaks. Therefore also saving their little one from embarrassment of leaking. It is also the responsibility of a Daddy or Mommy to apply the proper creams, and powders when needed, so that it is their responsibility to keep their little one’s skin smooth and healthy. With a Daddy or Mommy taking on so much responsibility to take care of their little one in such a intimate private way, it shows how much they deeply care about their baby girl or baby boy.
There are so many benefits to diaper changes in this relationship and lifestyle. Those are just some of the important ones everyone should know. I tried to use as much gender neutrality as possible without it sounding too weird. So of course this post applies to all genders!
