The face you will make after hanging up the phone past a “conversation” with a customer service representative. Telcel ( and Telmex, actually are both under same ownership) have some of the most unprofessional and incompetent people dealing with you if you have issues.
So if you plan moving to Mexico prepare yourself for a few lessons of Grimm Brothers stories they (TelCel & Telmex) will dish you out. And most of all, consider very will what you believe..... talking the talk is cheap - they never walk the walk!
